Workamajig offers a variety of integrations that you can use to enhance your use of the system. From Personal Calendars to Financial Transactions.
Plaid - Used for connecting to your company credit cards. And then track and processes the charges against your projects. Eventually generating Payments for your credit cards.
Strata - Used for syncing national media buys to then bill to your clients through Workamajig.
PayFlowPro / Authorize.net - Used for charging your client's Credit Card right from the client invoices you create in Workamajig.
Client Invoices: Pay By Credit Card - By using authorize.net as the gateway, your clients can now pay online, the client invoice they receive.
Exchange 365 - Used for syncing your personal calendar only to/from Workamajig and Exchange/Outlook.
Google Calendar - Used for syncing your personal calendar only to/from Workamajig and your Google Account.
Incoming Emails - Used for having a single project conversation stream. Where you can reply directly to conversation emails you receive and have them thread back into the project conversation.
SMTP - Used for passing the Outgoing Email function to your email server.
SSO - Used for the purposes of large organizations that want to have a way for their users to be created automatically and able to sign on using their company's maintained credentials.
AMEX vPayment - Used as a way to pay off your vendor invoices with your AMEX card.
ACH Files - Used as a way to send an ACH formatted file to transmit to your bank.
Positive Pay Layouts - Used as a way to go beyond ACH Files and create a layout to send a file format to transmit to your bank.
CSI vCard - Used as an innovative solution to paying off your vendor invoices.
FastPay - Used as a secure solution for paying vendor invoices and credit card charges
Upload Bank Transactions - Used as a way to upload and match bank data via your account reconciliation.
API Overview - We offer a variety of data points that can be transmitted both ways with Workamajig's APIs. The most popular is our read-only Reports API.
Import Data - We offer the ability to use our import screens to add records from CSV formatted files.
Export Data - You also have the ability to export data from almost every report in the system to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Excel Financials - This allows you to pull financial data into a premade Excel file to then create your own financial statements.
Google Financials - Cell Style & Google Financials - Report Style - This allows you to pull financial data into a Google Sheet to then create your own financial statements.
Export to Google Sheets - You can now take your report data from Workamajig and have it refresh once an hour in a Google Sheet.
Scheduled Reports - Using this feature you can be sent emails with the link to the report/file you wish to download and use.
Windows Web Dav File Server - You can set up your own file server locally using a Windows Server to communicate with Workamajig's interface when uploading or downloading any file.
Amazon S3 File Server - You can set up your own Amazon S3 File Server to communicate with Workamajig's interface when uploading or downloading any file.
Box.com - You can set up your own Box.com File Server to communicate with Workamajig's interface when uploading or downloading any file.
