Map Projects Folders to Desktop
NOTE: If you are hosted on a Workamajig app Server and are using Workamajig's file storage solution, this feature is NOT available to you.
If you are hosted on a Workamajig app Server and have setup a Windows Server webDAV connection for your file storage solution, this feature IS available to you.
If you are hosted on a Workamajig app Server and have setup Box.com or AmazonS3 connection for your file storage solution, please consult with their respective documentation to setup this feature. The Workamajig setup outlined below does NOT work with these solutions.
The WebDAV file management piece of Workamajig allows users to access Project Folders/Files outside of the application. This is done by way of using your computers Map Drive feature.
By mapping a drive though Workamajig, all access rights to project folders and files are retained based on the setup within the system.
NOTES:
- Currently, we are unable to support mapping of WebDAV if you are using LDAP Authentication.
- You cannot access non-project files (Attachments to diary posts, activities, etc) through this process. That would require full access to the root of the file server.

Locally Hosted
If you (the client) host the Workamajig application (not just the WebDAV file server) on a server at your location or through a service other than us. Then you will need to speak with your IT folks for the path and login info to access your project files in this manner.
As an example, your path may look something like this: "https://wmj.mycompany.com/files".
Then you may be able to follow the steps below to access the files in this way.
