How do I update/resend links [in-depth guide]

For those affected by a relocation of the server, meaning the URL to access Workamajig has now changed, you may need to update or resend the previous link containing emails.

Deliverables

Links for deliverables are usually coded to the individual. There is no resend links function.

You will need to cancel the deliverable round

From the Deliverable> click on the active round> ...more>Cancel Round

+ New Round> Copy From Previous>Send For Review

The link will be corrected

You can have end users try to change the URL in the old link>>https://appXX.workamajig.....  to https://appYY.....

File Upload notifications

Open the project>Files> along the left side is a Copy Link icon> email this new link to user

Task Notifications

From the project schedule>...more>Send Notifications

Or check the box along the left side of the grid for the appropriate tasks>click Notify Users

StrataLink

From the Strata Citrix Window open the StrataLink Tool> Settings tab> update the Workamajig Website Address> click Connect

Calendar Exchange Tool

First Stop the WSSExchange Service under the Window SERVICES.msc panel.

Open Exchange Tool>Configuration Tab>update WMJ URL> Save Settings> click Test Website button

Restart WSSExchange Service
