Meetings Not Appearing On All Calendars
Check the Sync Direction in Workamajig, and also on the calendars you are syncing.
Meetings Disappearing
While not typical, this can occur if you have multiple hops occurring with your sync. Meaning you have Workamajig syncing with Google. You then have your Phone or tablet synced to Google as well. That is three hops that have to occur for one meeting. Strange things are known to happen as there can be a timing issue between syncs as well, especially if you edit a meeting before it fully synced across all hops. If this becomes an issue, eliminate all hops except e for the one with Workamajig. Additionally, you can try setting the sync direction to create a one-way path of meetings, but then if you delete a meeting on one side, you may have to manually delete the meeting on the other side.
Another cause of this, albeit rare, is if multiple people are attending. Then one person deletes the meeting from their calendar instead of choosing to not attend. This can delete the entire meeting for everyone.
Duplicate Meetings
This can occur with multiple hops as described above, and then the time and even timezone being off for those additional devices. Which then the final hope has a different time for the meeting and then syncs it back as such, then once it gets back to Workamajig, it's then recognized as a new meeting and not an edited version of that meeting. This creates what appears to be a duplicate. To alleviate this, remove all additional hops until its just Workamajig and the one calendar it syncs with.
There have been rare instances where other devices turn a single meeting into multiple, this becomes one meeting per original attendee. Then if you try to edit the time of the meeting, it only edited the one meeting for that person, while the other meetings it created are for the original time because those are now separate meetings. Again, remove all additional hops in this case and/or check the settings for the other calendars and devices to troubleshoot.
