Project summary scoreboard [report]
Shows hour and billing summary by project type, client and division.
How it works
The Summary Scoreboard is designed to present the work done over a specified date range in a summary manner.
Project Requests Section
- Shows the number of new requests added/submitted (within the date range).
- Shows the number of rejected requests (like requests added, but in a rejected status).
- Show the number of projects created (within the date range) from approved requests.
- Shows the number of total open approved requests (The number of approved requests that do not have a date completed).
Projects Summary Section
- Shows the number of new projects (based on the start date of project setup).
- Shows the number of completed projects (A completed project is determined when all the tasks on a project have an actual completion date and the maximum of these dates is in the date range).
- Shows the number of active projects.
NOTE: This does not rely on the project status, nor if it's active or not. An active project, in this report only, is determined when any task on a project has an actual start date, but no actual completion date. - Shows total projects (sum of active projects and projects completed within the date range).
