Task Manager - Registration Key Update
If you need to update the registration key because you are changing the number of users or there is an error please do the following:
NOTE: If your computer/server name is changed, please email support@workamajig.com prior to this process. Your Workamajig Server must be able to connect to admin.workamajig.com in order to download the new registration key. If you receive the Exceeded the Stop Working Date error, please try updating your registration key first and then contact support@workamajig.com for further assistance.
- Go to the Task Manager Folder located in the Workamajig folder.
- Execute the WMJServiceConfig.exe, and hit Modify.
- Go to the registration tab and hit get registration. Apply to the website and save the settings.
- If the key does not populate please try again, additionally, make sure the new settings were applied to the web config.
