In-House Elective Training: Connections Setup
Attendees: IT Team, Core Workamajig Implementation Team
This session may actually be done as part of the Discovery Call or Initial Setup. This 15-min session is designed to have your Implementation Team and IT team review the 3rd-party connections that can be made to Workamajig in regards to Login, Calendar, Project, etc. We want to make sure these connections are setup early in the process. This will allow your team to implement and test each connection during the setup/training process. This will help ensure that any issues that arise are taken care of before you begin releasing Workamajig to the rest of your Marketing Group. Once your team has reached a decision, detailed setup documents are provided in the links below. Most IT teams are able to follow these with no further assistance. However, we do understand that not every setup is the same. If you have any issues with the setup of connections, please contact Support@Workamajig.com. We are happy to setup a separate connections troubleshooting call with your IT Team.
Connections to be considered:
Not all connections will be needed by your team. Please contact your Workamajig Account Manager if you are unsure which connections are appropriate or necessary for your team.
