This board is designed for users who have a high volume of deliverables for a single project.
NOTES:
- This feature is currently in LABS. To enable it, go to System Setup > Workamajig Labs.
- Once enabled this will change how ALL Deliverables look (Tabs). Many of the links you used to click on will now open the board.

Workflow
Once you select a project, you can then group it by task or status in either a card, list, or calendar view.
Now there are many ways deliverables can get started. Either using any of the + signs on the deliverables board, or based on your project template and live project workflows.
In any case, you can manage all of your deliverables right here and can even can jump to the project and/or deliverable details.
Board Settings
From the Deliverables board>...more>System Settings
This area allows you to set default Grouping/Sorting Options, Grid Columns and other filters by security group
Card view
The card view is for those who like a drag-and-drop style of a board, where you can update the task or status of the deliverable by simply moving the deliverables around.
By task
When viewing by task, what you are really doing is using the names of your tasks as the workflow or status of the deliverables.
NOTE: You can only view by task when the focus of the board is on a single project.
By status
If you set up deliverable statuses, then you can see a Status tab appear when you are focused on a single project. But if you are focused on a campaign or client, then you will only see the statuses. This is a great alternative to by-task, where you want to continue to use your schedules as you are now for your creative and project needs, but have a way to move your deliverables through a status board. Plus they are visible when you are focused on campaign and client filters.
NOTE: The available statuses will be the same system-wide.
Grid view
This is the most configurable view available to monitor and manage your deliverables. You can group and sort in multiple ways. Plus many of the fields can be edited right in the grid by clicking on it. Also, any custom fields you have can appear here as well.
Edit columns
From More > System Settings you can click Edit Columns to change the visible columns of the board by default.
Column sets
In addition to all of the ways this specific view can be configured, you also have the option of adding additional column sets. This goes beyond your default columns and allows you to have multiple views of your columns.
To enable, go to More > Edit Column Sets.
Now click the + sign to make a new column set, at which point the drop-down for column sets will now appear above the grid of the board.
Here you can see the column sets drop-down.
NOTE: The default layout is always there as it is the columns from More > System Settings > Edit Columns.
After selecting the alternative column set:
Calendar view
The calendar view focuses on the due date of the deliverable itself, not each step or round. But you can add custom fields to your deliverables that are set up as date type fields and then those can be shown here as well.
You can drag and drop the data you see here, and this will update the dates of the deliverables and custom fields.

You can add to-dos from the + sign. Additionally, if you have Use To-Dos with Deliverables checked in Transactions Preferences > Deliverables, then you can turn review comments into a Fix-It / To-Do item that will list here.

You can use the Time Detail Data custom report dataset to report on the time entered by deliverable name.
