Page overview
Open items: Contains items in your projects that are open and need to be addressed such as purchase orders, project requests, and estimates awaiting approval.
Items needing attention: This will keep you on top of important items that may need some attention such as projects with a schedule or budget warnings, or tasks that you have been assigned to.
- NOTE: Open items and items needing attention only present data relating to projects for which you are the account manager and/or the project manager (if Show Project Manager in Transaction Preferences is enabled). To see this type of data for all projects, you will want to explore the views section to make a report that looks at all data regardless of the account manager or project manager.

Conversations: This allows you to set reminders and communicate with other users in the system.
Daily feed: Keeps you updated when things have changed with your project(s).
Date: This allows you to change the focus of the page, so you can see a prior day's daily feed.
New + Record: Clicking the plus sign + is your path to creating new records, such as a project.
More: Menu that contains further features and settings.
Enter your time today: Quick access to your time sheet.
Today's schedule: Quick access to your calendar and displays your meetings and time entered for the day.

If one of these items appear on your today page, then you can click on the alert to open a list of the matching items and even click on each from there to open for further review.

Adding new records
Entering time
As a project manager, you still need to enter time to tasks on projects you work on for the day. Typically you would be assigned to a single task that is not necessarily part of the creative timeline and/or is a standalone/ongoing task in the schedule. In this case, you should enable the display setting in the time sheet called default projects from assignments, so that your time sheet populates with all of your task assignments.
You have the choice of entering time via your task assignments or from the time sheet.
My tasks
From the Items Needing Attention, there is a link to My Tasks, which opens the Today Creative page on top of your current view.
This is for users who are assigned to tasks in the schedule. For more on this, please refer to the Today - Creatives guide.
Time sheet
If you need to manually track your time, then you can select enter your time for today on the upper right corner of your Today page.
If you have not entered any time for the day, you'll see an option to Enter your time for the day.
Once your time has been entered for the day, you will see the Time Entered Today.
Clicking on the link will open up your time sheet view.
For more info on using the time sheet, please review the Time sheets guide.
Viewing your calendar
Today's schedule: Located on the right-hand side of the Project Manager - Today page, this contains a run-down of scheduled meetings and time entries. You can quickly access your full calendar, add meetings, and inspect individual time entries from here as well.
