The project manager - projects page provides a listing of the projects in your system. This will pull the "All Projects" listing by default.
Navigation
By default, this page will show all projects grouped by client alphabetically. Clicking any column will sort according to that field. You are able to search for a specific project in the field under the "Projects" heading.
On the right-hand side, Workamajig will populate a Gantt chart based on your project schedule. This is viewable in a day, week, or month view.
Clicking the blue link for any project on this page will open the project landing page.
New projects can be created from this page using the + New Project button in the upper left-hand corner.
From the More button, you can access the display settings, project templates, system settings, and views.
Grid
NOTE: The columns can be customized from More > System Settings. And by adding Column Sets.
Information on this page will be placed into columns that can be sorted on an ascending or descending view by clicking on the column header. Ascending columns are notated with an arrow (▲) in the column header as seen below:
Descending columns are notated with a down arrow (▼) in the column header:
To clear these selections, click into the column header again until no ▲ or ▼ arrows display.
Certain fields can be changed directly from this listing without opening the project itself.
Update projects rows
By clicking on a row, you can edit certain details of the project, such as project status, account manager, status notes, etc.
Open New Project
Click the Plus Sign at the top of the page.
This will open the Add A Project screen.
For more info on how to create a project, refer to the New Project guide.

Percent complete
- The % Complete column is a calculation of all task durations and which tasks are complete.
- Tasks with a zero-day duration are calculated as 1-day duration.
- Tasks that are partially complete are also calculated.
- Tasks set to Duration Of Project are excluded from this calculation.
For example:
- If a project has two tasks and task 1 is 9 days in duration and task 2 is 1 day in duration, when task one is marked 100% complete, the projects % complete will be 90%.
Gantt
Located on the right-hand side of the Project Manager - Projects page, the Gantt will display information based on the task and schedule information inside of a project. Hovering your cursor over any of the bars in the Gantt will provide some more information on the start and completion dates, as well as the completion percentage.
These buttons, located in the upper right-hand corner of the Gantt view will cycle the view from the day, week, or month view, respectively.
