Project Manager > Campaigns page [guide]
The campaigns page allows you to intake new, or view any existing campaigns and their status. Campaigns in Workamajig allow you to upload files and have conversations at the campaign level rather than in the projects that are a part of it.
For a more detailed guide on setting up and modifying campaigns see Project Manager > New campaign.

Campaign screen
Opening this page will pull a list of your campaigns, grouped by client.
New campaigns can be opened with the + new campaign button.
Clicking into any campaign on the screen will jump to its landing page/dashboard.
Budget and schedule status can be found under the Campaign Status and Financial Status columns.
Clicking on the icons in the columns will provide more specific information on either the schedule or budget for the campaign.
Views (over to the right) will pull a specific report on active, inactive or all campaigns. Plus you can make custom views of campaign data as well.
Display options
The information on this page can be customized and filtered.
Clicking into the (•••) more icon will give an option for display settings.
Options will slide out to the right:
Active Campaigns Only: Will filter this page between campaigns that have the active option selected in the campaign's settings. Unclicking this will show all campaigns regardless of their selected status.
Expand Campaigns When Opened: Will change the default expansion of campaigns when opening this page. By default, campaigns that are grouped by client appear in a list beneath the client they are connected with. This option prevents having to click into a client to see all the associated campaigns.
Group By: Allows the change of groupings on this page to be by client, account manager, project manager, or no grouping.
Account Manager: Filters results for campaigns by a specific account manager(s).
Project Manager: Filters results for campaigns by a specific project manager(s).
GL Company •: Select all or a specific GL Company.
Note: (•) this is a required selection and one must be selected.
Budget warning percentage: Sets the point at which the 'Financial Status' column in this screen turns green, yellow or red.
System settings
Also contained beneath the (•••) more icon, system settings allow you to set security and default views for this page. This option is only available to those with the security rights to see it.
Many of these options mirror those in the display options, however, this is the only way to change which columns appear in the listing. This can be done with the edit columns option.
Clicking on one of the security groups listed on the left side of this page will allow you to set the defaults and security for that specific security group.
Edit Columns
Located in the system settings, the edit columns option allows you to select which columns appear in the campaigns listing and in which order they appear:
Clicking on an option listed will add them to the columns.
The display order tab allows you to rearrange the order of these columns by clicking and dragging.
