If you have been given free login access to Workamajig by your administrator, you're allowed access to active projects, completed projects, project requests, notifications, and items to approve. You can also be given the ability to submit project requests and interact via project and task conversations.
NOTE: What you can see and have access to is determined by the Workamajig Administrator.
Logging Into Workamajig
By accessing the URL, Username, and Password given to you by the Workamajig Administrator, you should then see a form that looks like this.
NOTE: If you are given a URL that looks like this (app##.workamajig.com/platinum), please use the exact URL given, as the app## (numbers) relate to a specific server and your login will only work on the server matching the URL given.
Client Portal Dashboard
Once you log in, you can see a screen that looks similar to the following. Which allows you to access Deliverables to Review, Project Requests, Assigned Tasks, Active Projects and the Notification Bell.
NOTE: What you see on your desktops depends on how the Workamajig Administrator has set this up.
Deliverables To Review
While emails get sent directly to those assigned as an Approver. You can also see your open Deliverables you are an Approver on from the Client Portal screen.
By clicking on an open Deliverable, you are then presented with the Round Review screen.
Once here, you can open the Comments panel to start a new Comment.
While the Add Comment panel is open, you can choose from the available Markup Tools (can vary based on File Type and Administrative Setup). These allow you to add markers on top of the review screen.
Afterwards, you can open the Comments panel again to see all the prior Comments made, and then click on each Comment to show the associated markup.
Finally, you will need to Make A Decision.
Once a decision has been made, you cannot change it later.
To access completed Deliverables, you can click on the project from the Active Projects section and then access its deliverables there. Additionally, you can use the Compare Rounds feature from the More > Compare Rounds of your current review screen.
By clicking the "+" Plus Sign next to Project Requests, this will open the Request a Project screen that lists the available Project Requests you can choose from.
Once you have selected a request, there will be at least 2 Steps to complete.
Be sure to fill out all fields with a * Red Asterisk, or else you will not be able to Submit your request.
You can review and even go back and Edit Details of your request before pressing Submit.
You will see a confirmation screen once your request has been successfully submitted.
If you are assigned to a task as a client login, then the only action you are responsible for is to mark the task Done.
Clicking on a project will then prompt the project slide-out to appear. Which then shows additional details about the project.
From the project you can do things like Start A Conversation, Add Files, or Add/Update Specs.
You can click the bell next to your name to have the notifications slide-out appear. This is also where your items to approve are located.
Click on your name to set up your avatar, edit your contact information, and log out.
