I do not see my email in the Project Conversations... [FAQ]
Confirm you have been sending the email to the correct mailbox address.
- Confirm the project number is in the body and surrounded by double square brackets, Ex. [[projectnumber]].
- Confirm the mailbox is set up correctly and you get no errors when you click Verify in Mail Settings.
