Edit project transactions [in-depth guide]

Project details > Transactions

Select Project to view the setup & project details.

This report view from the Projects > Transactions screen allows you to view all transactions on the project.

Modify: Edit transactions.

Transfer

Click the box next to a transaction to show the options of TRANSFER and WRITE OFF.

Transfer: This option allows you to transfer the transaction to a selected project.

NOTE: GL company: Transactions can be transferred within the same GL company. Transactions cannot be transferred to a project from a different GL company.
Multi-currency: Labor transactions can be transferred between projects with different currencies. Expenses cannot be transferred between projects with different currencies. 

Write off

Write off: This option allows you to write off a transaction.
