Strata sync - StrataLink tool [in-depth guide]

The StrataLink tool lets you easily import print & broadcast orders from the Strata media buying system into Workamajig. The tool will import & update orders created within Strata. The link tool will not delete any information in Workamajig. If you need to delete an order, you must delete it in both places. The sync process will also sync several setup files in the system to make it easier to add new clients & vendors. This is also helpful when you need to update vendor information.

Using online/hosted version of Strata

The StrataLink tool is provided as a link from the Strata interface. Please ask your Strata representative for details.

The tool is accessed via a Freewheel SBMS portal/dashboard and will work on Windows or MacOS. 

NOTE: For troubleshooting purposes, we may ask for a log file of the sync. Click HERE for instructions.

Override posting Date

As of 2.5.6 of Strata and 10.5.0.9 of Workamajig, there is now an override option available in the StrataLink tool.
