Project change requests overview [in-depth guide]
Project change requests allow your team & clients to initiate a request for something to be changed on a current project by your team. You can define multiple project change request forms. The forms will allow you to define what project custom fields or spec sheet fields need to be changed. In addition, you can also add new information to blank custom fields & add additional spec sheets.
Each project change request form will need to be defined with an approval & notification process. This process may involve predefined project roles or key people and can also be set up with specific people.
The process can be added to during the approval process in case your team needs to route it to specific people instead of generic defined roles.
While the change request is active, conversations can be created from the change request to clarify approval or needs of the request.
NOTE: There are no project change request forms set up by default, so you will need to follow this guide, or schedule training on this feature to get started.
These guides will take you through the steps of how to create project change request forms, how a user can interact and submit them, and finally how approval commits the requested changes to the project.

Create a new project change request
Before you can use project change requests, you must first create & define how they are to be used.
Submit a project change request
We go over the process in which a user submits a project change request form.
Review/approve project change requests
From the submitted form, there is then a defined review process.
Commit requested changes to project
Once a change request is approved, any requested changes will be committed to the project.
