Bell notifications [in-depth guide]
Notifications
The notification bell at the top of the toolbar is there to alert you when there are actionable item(s) for review and/or approval.
Click on the bell icon in your toolbar to open the Notifications panel.
From here you will see a list of items needing your attention.
You can then click on the line of one of these items for a list of more detail.
In this case, we can see there is one purchase order that this user has yet to review/approve.
Click on Purchase Orders:
You can add comments and quickly approve or reject by clicking anywhere on the line or approve/reject without comments by the checkbox alone.
Depending on the type of transaction, some will give you the option to Approve/Reject right from the notification list. Others, like deliverables, will take you to a page in which further review needs to be done.
Setup - Global settings
Your Workamajig Administrator can define which items for approval will appear in the bell.
From the Notification Bell > Click the system settings gear
The settings can be made per security group.
Pen to the right of security group indicates that group's settings override the company wide/global default settings.
