As of the August 2019 update, Workamajig now has a password retrieval feature that can send an email to the email address populated in your user profile.
NOTE: This feature will not work if you have SSO enabled.
To enable for your instance, you will need to have access to Menu > Admin/Manager > System Setup > Security Settings.
- From the Security Settings screen, click on Global Options at the top.
- Next, check the box next to Allow Users TO Request A Password Reset Email.
From your servers login screen, you should see a clickable link called Forgot Password?.
By clicking on Forgot Password?, you will then prompted to enter your User ID.
If the User ID is valid, then you will see the following response.
Check your email inbox for next steps on how to reset your password.
- If you get an error that your User ID is not valid, then check the server address in your URL and try again.
