Menu > Everyone > Report Center > Financial Reports > Balance Sheet
Menu > Accounting > Today Accounting > Financial Reports > Balance Sheet
Shows assets, liabilities and equity balances as of a specified date.
Balance As Of - This is the most important option to choose, as this dictates the timing of the data in the system to be run in this report.
- For example, if you have an invoice that has been paid, yet you run the report as-of-date prior to the payment, but after the invoice, then the invoice amount would formulate as unpaid.
Comparative Balance Sheet - Add another as-of-date to compare with side by side.
GL Company - This option is only available if you have GL companies enabled. You can choose from one or all.
Hide Zero Accounts - Hides accounts that have a balance of zero balance based on the as-of-date.
Hide Subaccounts - Shows only the rollup account with the total of its subaccounts then displayed at the top level.
Cash Basis - Runs the report based on the posting date of Payment and Receipts instead of invoices.
Show GL Account Numbers - This shows the GL account number in addition to the name of the account.
Get Google Financials link - This is used with the Google Financials feature of gathering and reporting on your data.
Enter reevaluation rates below - This option only appears if you have multi-currency enabled.
