This section contains a list of calendars associated with the various resources you need to schedule, Ex. conference rooms and OHPs.
Resources act as attendees when adding them to a meeting in the calendar. You can create a resource for a variety of purposes.
One example may be creating a resource for a conference room and giving all users access to that resource in their personal calendar view. Once you do so, users can book that room for a specific time slot, and other users can see that resource's current availability.
For example, a resource is added to a calendar event via the Attendees tab (see Create a new meeting).
Click to add a calendar resource.
Resource name - Enter a label that everyone will see for your calendar resource.
NOTE: The display order is locked. Keep this in consideration if adding calendar resources in the future.
