Menu > Admin > System setup > Contact management > Opportunity outcome
When tracking opportunities in the contact management system, you can use opportunity outcomes to categorize the outcome of each opportunity you enter into the system. This can give you valuable information on your conversion statistics, as well as, how many opportunities you win vs. lose and the reasons for winning & losing them.
To add a new outcome, click the button.
Outcome - Enter a descriptive name for the opportunity to outcome.
Positive outcome - Yes/No.
Click the Save button.
