Menu > Admin > System Setup > Contact Management > Meeting Types
These apply to calendar meetings in Workamajig and allow you to define the meeting without having to include this in the subject of the meeting.
Meeting Types
Type Name - Enter the descriptive name you want in the drop-down box when selecting different event types.
Type Color - Use the color picker or enter a hex-a-decimal value for the color you want used for this meeting type.
Custom Fields - Allows you to add custom fields that appear in the Meeting Details. These can either be for displaying additional information related to the type, or interactive field updates.
Use Approval Process - This enables the Calendar Meeting Approval process for the selected type only. Which lets you submit your blocked out meeting (typically used for PTO requests) to your designated Meeting Approver in your employee record.
NOTE: You can change the display order of the types by dragging and dropping the order.
