Contact Management: Conversation Types

Menu > Admin > System Setup > Contact Management > Conversation Types
This allows you to create a custom drop-down when using Conversations. The main benefit is that you can run reports using this field.
NOTE: Some features may not be available with Conversations in Projects vs. Conversations created outside of Projects.
Conversation Type
Type Name - Enter a label by which your users will choose this type.
Description - Add an internal note herein the setup screen about what this type is for.
Active - Yes/No.
Auto Roll Date - For Conversations created outside of a project, then the Activity Date will keep pushing to the next day until Completed.
Display Color - Choose a color to designate each type.
