The activation status screen will display information about how many active users are currently in the system and the last date the user was activated or deactivated.
NOTES:
- Active Employees and Active "Full User" Contacts both make up the list of Current Users. Which are paid seats in the system.
- You will want to review this screen at least once a month to catch any issues before you are billed for extra users.
- You are billed based on whether the user is active in the system each month and has a login ID, not based on whether or not they have logged into the system.
Current users
This area displays a list of currently active users. The Tab label will show the total number of activated users in (parentheses).
The list will show the activated 'user name', 'date of activation', and the 'activated by:' name.
Deactivated users
The list will show the activated 'user name', 'date of activation', and the 'activated by:' name. Current users will not have a 'deactivated date'. If a user/freelancer has been activated & deactivated more than once, the latest date will be displayed.
