Conversations
View all ongoing Conversations, as well as your daily schedule, from the Today screen.
Create a conversation
Select the + button. Create an internal note or email by selecting the appropriate tab.
You can also view any previous conversations under History.
Add additional information by selecting Show More.
Once all fields are completed select Save and Follow Up or Save.
NOTE: You can also add a new conversation by selecting the More button on the today screen.
Add a reply
To add or view replies, select the Conversation task card.
Select Replies to view any comments. Add a reply, select the + sign, add your message, and select Save.
