If you have an Exchange Server or are planning on setting one up, you are able to set up 2-way sync between Workamajig and specific Exchange folders for Calendar Events. This should be set up by your IT Department and your Workamajig Administrator.
- SPAM Filters: Ensure that you whitelist Workamajig at all levels. This may include frontline exchange servers, mail servers, and the individual box filters.
- Exchange is a Microsoft product, as such the sync tool we created requires it to be installed on a Windows OS.
- Any tests you do with this type of sync must be used with an Active user in Workamajig.
Supported Versions Of Microsoft Exchange Server
As of October 13, 2020, Workamajig no longer supports Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013
We will no longer support the above versions as Microsoft has discontinued support for these platforms or support for TLS1.2.
This means we will no longer develop fixes to the Exchange Sync Service and will no longer fix sync issues that have been created using these versions. However, you will still able to use these versions to sync with Workamajig if you so desire. NOTE: If you are using Exchange 365, make sure to download the latest tool.
NOTE: The Exchange Sync Service is tested against the latest service pack and update rollup version of Exchange. It is recommended your Exchange installation be updated to the latest service pack and update rollup, which can be found at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/240.exchange-server-and-update-rollups-build-numbers.aspx.

NOTE: This tool is set up on a single Windows-based machine that has access to both your Exchange server and Workamajig, and is "always" on. It does NOT need to be set up on individual workstations.
Please make sure you download the correct version of the Workamajig Exchange Windows Service tool based upon your version of Workamajig.

NOTE: You may not need this update! If you are having problems associated with throttling as enforced by Exchange 2016 or Exchange 365, you will want to update. If you are not having this issue, there is no need to update.
You must install the following package: Prereq for 365. You may already have these files installed. Please do so again, there should be no harm in overwriting older installation
