Hi, My name's Penny and I'm gonna be talking about timesheets in Workamajig today. Now, of course, timesheets are not always something that everybody likes to do. But they're great for everybody involved. They're gonna help make sure that we enable our creative team members to have appropriate time to do their job and to do it well. And we're also going to be making sure that our projects stay profitable and within budget. But it also needs to be simple. So in Workamajig, we have a today page for creative team members. On the Today page, we can see all the different tasks that were signed to. If I'm assigned to these different tasks, not only can I see what project, what task and what service I'm providing, I can also see when it's due, how much time I've been allocated, and what's remaining of that time. Have there been any new updates to my tasks? Are there any scheduling conflicts to my task? And of course, making sure that I can update my time very easily. We always recommend in Workamajig logging your time from your task card because it is gonna be multifunctional and the fastest way to do it, selecting the little time icon I have two different entry options. First would be a direct elementary. If I select that, you'll notice that all of the information from my task is pre-populated, and I simply need to update the remaining portion of how much time and then let the system know. Are you done? Are you going to be completing some more on that task later? When I saved that, that's gonna be updating my timesheet as well as the project. Alternatively, I can also do a timer functionality. So selecting the time icon going down to the timer and when I select that I might even have different tasks that I toggle between throughout the day, ultimately letting Workamajig decide and calculate how much time I spent and again saving. As you can see, logging your time is really simple in Workamajig, but it's also doing more than just that. It's logging your time, It's updating the project in both schedule and budget. It's making sure that we're on track. It's also making sure that in the future we're enabling you to have the appropriate time to do what we're asking you to do.
