Calendar
Added ability to subscribe to Resource Calendars and Published Calendars.
Conversations
Added the ability to favorite Conversations without going into the edit screen of the individual Conversation. You can now just click on the star under the Replies/Unread label from the list of Conversations anywhere in the system.
Expense Reports
You can now enter, submit and approve Expense Reports for full user Contacts.
Fixed an issue with Expense Report approvals when the Auto Generate Vender Invoice on Approval option is set.
Notifications and Approvals
Changed the Overworked Assignments notification to show the actual and allocated hours for that same person and service on that task.
Reports
Google Sheet links now honor the search criteria entered, only exporting the data as shown on the screen.
Fixed an issue with exporting Reports to a .csv file when there are hidden columns.
The Print Grid Excel option has been added to the AP Aging, AR Aging, Corporate P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
Project Budget Analysis drill down cost fields have the options to display Vendor ID, Vendor Name, Vendor Full Name for the following columns: Outside Costs Net, Outside Costs Gross, Outside Costs Gross Unbilled, Open Orders Gross Unbilled, Total Costs Gross Unbilled, Total Costs Gross.
The Project Budget Analysis now shows the Start and End dates on the "Print Grid PDF" and "Print Grid Excel" versions when Show Search Conditions is checked.
Added grouping options for Project Full Name and Campaign Full Name to the Invoice Backup report.
Corrected an issue where the report logo on the Invoice Backup report was not displayed correctly.
Fixed an issue with the Metrics Monitor not working when you made it a favorite.
Fixed an issue with the Billable Summary Reports not remembering the groupings set on Schedule Reports.
The Client Profit and Loss (Multi View) report now has underlines indicating the columns with drill-down functionality.
Added 'Billing Advance Bill' to 'Billing Schedule Data', 'Project Billing Schedule Data' and 'Project Summary Data with Billing Schedule' reports.
Added Work Any Day field to the Project Tasks dataset.
Added 2 new columns to the "Task Assignment Weekly Data" set: "Actual Task Assignment Week Labor Hours" and "Week Hours Current And Future". These will show the weekly bucket actual hour and planned hour data.
Fixed an error when grouping by Task on the Media Details Report.

Fixed an issue with Months showing incorrectly on graphs due to UTC time.
Opportunities
Added new Transaction Preferences to the Contact Management to now control the requiring of Product and/or Division on the Opportunity edit page.
Project Manager
Campaigns
A Client Campaign Number reference field is now an available field on the Campaign Setup screen.
Changed sort order for Campaign Conversations so Favorites show at the top.
Dashboard
The links to Tasks in the Task Reminder emails that are sent to free client logins will not be clickable.
Deliverables
Fixed an issue with To Do notifications not being sent when Sending Notifications to Assigned People when using Fix This on Deliverables. These people will also be added to the Email Updates To list on the To Do.
Added an option to the Deliverable Board to Hide Approved/Completed Deliverables.
Clicking on Deliverables from various locations will now take you to the Deliverable Board.
Added a To Do count for individual Deliverables on the Deliverables tab of the Today-Creative Assignment Details screen.
You can now change the Task and/or Status of a Deliverable from the Deliverables Dash by clicking on the current Status or Task name.
Added an Exclude from Deliverables check box to the Other tab of the Task Detail panel.
Now only showing To Dos on a Deliverable if the Task matches the Task on the Deliverable or if there is no Task on the To Do and/or the Deliverable.
When copying a Deliverable all of the To Dos that are not tied to a review round will be copied over and be marked as Open.
If a To Do is tied to a Deliverable it will no longer show on the Project Schedule under To Do or on the To Do board. These will now be found on the Deliverable under the To Do tab.
Estimates
The following fields are now available in the Layout designer for Estimates:
Header Components: Campaign Project Manager and Campaign Project Manager
Line Components: Client Project Number (line), Account Manager (line), Project Manager (line).
Estimates now honor the Employees > Security Control > Estimate Signature Approval and the Contacts > Contact Settings > Security Control Font when printing an estimate.
The Show Labor Service Code option on Labor Grid Settings > now creates a Code column that can be sorted.
Project Requests
Added a new Transaction Preference to Projects > Project Request to "Send notifications to notify users that request has been sent for review". When unchecked individuals on the Notify list will not get the Sent Out For Approval email.
Fixed an issue for Project Requests, if the users Security Group does not have access to the Request Def then they should not be able to create a copy of that request.
Schedules
Now only showing office blockouts on schedule GANTT for the office that the project is set to.
To Do Board
Fixed an issue with the task on To Dos getting removed when you completed them from the To Do Views.

Added a new System Setting to disable drag/drop on the Assignment Management screen.
Billing
Clients
You can now designate Clients and Vendors as Inactive on Client/Vendor Details > Company Info. Inactive items no longer appear in lists for selection. Use the Security Settings > Global Options > Show Inactive Items in Search Criteria to offer inactive items in searches, reports and views.
Client ID field has been increased from 50 to 75 characters.
Deposits
Corrected an issue with the display of error messages on the Add Receipt screen.
Purchasing
Credit Cards
Add a Credit Card Charge now allows you to add your attachments on the Add screen.
Fixed an issue in the Credit Card Connector that did not properly display the Sales Tax amount.
Payments
There is now a Payment Created Date column for Purchasing views.
Added Payment Created Date to the Vendor Payments and Vendor Payment Detail Datasets. Also, added the ability to filter on the Payment Created Date.
Corrected an issue with the text of the check amount on Purchasing > Print Checks for cultures that use a comma as the decimal separator.
Purchase Orders
Modified the spacing on the printed Purchase Order header, particularly when Description was not used.
Default text Values set on Custom Fields attached to Orders through Field Groups are now merged onto new orders custom fields.
Vendor Invoices
Corrected an issue on Vendor Invoice details for users who do not have the Security Setting to Add and Edit Vendor Invoices. The display now follows the Company Defaults or Group Settings as appropriate.

Media Orders
Corrected an issue, with security settings, when creating Insertion and Broadcast orders.
Stations and Publications
The Broadcast Order View now has Station Contact, and Station Contact Email Address columns.
The Insertion Order View now had Publication Contact, and Publication Contact Email Address columns.
Stations and Publications have been added as an option to Search > System Settings. Users also need the Security Setting > Edit Media Setup options.
Accounting
GL Transactions
For Campaigns not billed by project the GL Transactions drill-down now displays the Campaign ID from the client invoice details.
Revenue Forecast
Revenue Forecast now has a Project Manager column. For non Project type items the Project Manager column displays: Opportunities = Opportunity Owner, Campaigns = Project Manager, Retainers = Invoice Approved by, Invoices: The Approver.
Accounting Today
Accounting Today > Unposted Transactions listing now has a Created By column.
Today Accounting > Items Needing Attention > AR Aging Check Date and AP Aging Check Date no longer includes In Active GL Companies in the calculation.
The GL Close process has been modified to display the Last Modified Date and Time and the Last Modified User. The changes to the close date are stored in the System Log.
Accounting - Today > more menu option has been changed from GL Tracking Options to Change GL Close Date for better security.
Admin/Manager
Employees
Added Project Types to the Offboarding selection list on the Employee Edit screen.
Import Data
When Importing projects changes made to Custom Fields are now recorded on the Project Daily Feed.
Corrected an error that prevented the Import > Timesheet detail errors from not appearing on the screen or in the error file.
The Credit Card Connector Import has been modified to allow items charged to Fixed Income accounts to be imported.
The "Do Not use SSO Auth" field has been added to both the Contact and Employee Imports.
The Client Import now supports Client IDs up to 75 characters.
System Setup
Fixed an issue with the Invoice and Estimate Layout designer that prevented some Items and Services from becoming a child of Billing Items when dragging them in the grid.
