Planned Server Migration April 25, 2026 - App16, 18, 20, and 22

For users on App16, 18, 20, and 22,

We will be migrating Workamajig servers to a new hosting facility.  The first set of servers to be moved is scheduled on Saturday, April 25, 2026. 

The migration will begin at 9:00 AM EDT through 2:00 PM EDT. During this time, you will not be able to access your Workamajig account until the migration is completed.

We will try our best to minimize this outage window and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As part of this migration, the IP address of the Workamajig server will change. If you have the IP address whitelisted for security reasons, you will need to update it to the new IP address. You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted as the site address will not be changing.

Also, the IP address AND domain name of the Email Server will be changed as part of this migration. If you have the IP address whitelisted for security reasons, you will need to update it to the new IP address. You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted as the site address will not be changing.
