Upcoming Email Server Migration

Dear Admins,

In order to prepare for the upcoming email server migration, please read and follow the steps below especially if you have email filtering and/or whitelisting enabled that could prevent you from receiving Workamajig email notifications.

There will be another system message coming soon about the upcoming migration of Workamajig application servers. 

Please click on this link to send out a test email message coming from the new email server to confirm that you will continue to receive email notifications after the email server migration. Please check your System Message in Workamajig for the password or contact support@workamajig.com.  Please complete this test by April 5th, 2026.

The Workamajig email server will be part an upcoming server migration which will include a new IP address AND domain name change.

The current IP address of maile.workamajig.com (8.43.188.28) will be moved to mail1.workamajig.com (50.57.208.192).

If you are whitelisting the Workamajig Email Server by IP Address or domain name, you will need to update your whitelist or you WILL NOT RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS from Workamajig after the email server migration.

If you are using DKIM, those keys will remain the same and do not need to be updated. If you are using Microsoft M365/Outlook you may also want to setup a connector as added security to help receive emails.

Accounts using SSO/SAML for login authentication will not be impacted by the new IP addresses.
