We are currently experiencing an unplanned outage that is affecting access to accounts hosted on some of our servers. This includes the following as well as some individually hosted instances.
The affected servers include the following: app6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21 and AU.
Our engineering team is working with our hosting provider to restore services as soon as possible.
