GL Transactions
The GL Transactions screen now has a multi select on the GL Account field.
The GL Transactions screen has been updated to show Company Exchange Rate and Exchange Rate that was used at the time the transaction was entered.
Journal Entries
On the Journal Entry Screen the Target GL Company will only be displayed when the value on the line is different from the GL Company set on the header.

Added 'People to Remind' to the Scheduled Transaction Data dataset.

Import Data
The To Do import now allows you to import the Assigned User ID.
You can now import Project Color, for new and existing clients, using the Client import. The imported value needs to be in hex code.
Updated the validation on the import to allow for Products to be imported without having a Division.
System Setup
Media Plans can now be turned on from System Setup > Workamajig Labs screen.
Corrected an error message when trying to delete Report Groups.
Fixed an issue where sometimes when using Preview Security on the My Settings screen, the edit icon is not visible so that you can switch the user back.
Fixed an issue with adding items to a Custom Menu folder.
Fixed the Security Group lookup not working on the add new Employee screen.

Billing Worksheets
Fixed an issue with Billing Worksheets that failed to remove the ‘Marked as Billed’ or ‘Written Off’ status of items previously in that status but then allowed you to change to ‘On Hold’ or ‘On Hold Billable’.
Fixed an issue with rounding the taxes on Advance Bills when applying to revenue Invoices
Corrected display issues with the Client/Reviewer filtering on the Billing Worksheets listing.
Mass Billing - Media
We're now remembering the last used search settings for Vendor Invoices and Open Order Only for Mass Billing - Media.
Receipts
Added the ability to receive credit card receipts by currency and GL Company.
When paying client invoices by credit card, the receipt now correctly reflects the amount charged when it is not the amount requested.

Changed the Printing of the Today - Billing > To Bill items to include the Client ID - Client Name field that currently shows in gray.

Fixed an issue with the archiving process on the web hooks that could lead to skipping items in very rare situations.
Avalara
The Sales Tax Analysis now has a search filter where you can enter a tax name, or part of a tax name to trim down the report.
Fixed an issue when using Avalara integration with Billing Worksheets that have an Advance Bill applied in them that did not correctly apply the AB to cover the tax amount.
Changing the Avalara Tax Address is now recorded on the Daily Feed.
When an invoice date is changed the system now updates the date on the Avalara side.

Fixed an issue with the Orders Needing Attention > Space Close and Materials Due column option order not saving.
Subtitles have been added to the Traffic pages to clarify Space Close or Materials Close.

Added Percentage of Allocated to the Project Budget screen.
Campaigns
Added System Settings - to the Campaign Schedule so users can edit the column settings on the Campaign Schedule screen to set the columns and order on the default layout.
Project Settings
Billing Schedules rows can no longer be edited or deleted when that billing schedule has already been invoiced.
Fixed an issue with being able to update the Project Billing Status when the project was closed or locked.
Projects
Adding logging to the Daily Feed whenever an Estimate is printed or emailed.
On the Projects page made the Project Color field wider to show the hex number and made the hex number editable.
Fixed an issue with the Key People fields on the Project Production Dash showing Contacts not linked to a Company.

Made performance Improvements to handle very large schedules.
Added an error message that a Task ID exceeded the 30 character length limit to the Schedule.
Added a new menu option on schedule tasks called ‘Insert a Sub Task’, which will add a task below and move it in one level.
Now allowing assignments on Summary Tasks.

Now including contacts that are not full users in the Unapproved Project Requests for Others list.

Credit Card Connector
The Credit Card Connector now honors Transaction Preference > Vendor Invoices > Hide Expense Report Items.
Fixed an issue with requiring an item on the Credit Card Connector when applying the charge to vendor invoices.
Modified the Credit Card edit for posted charges. When the charge Description is updated, the GL Transaction Memo field is now updated as well.
Added the Posting Date as an available field when using Change Selected in the Credit Card Connector screen.
Purchase Orders
Corrected the calculation to include Change Orders when Trans Pref > Purchase Orders > Require Purchase Item Budget preference it turned on.

Fixed an issue with unassigned Tasks not showing on the Assignment Management screen in the Assign Work area.

Fixed an issue with the Custom Fields not saving when converting a Company to a Vendor.
