For users on servers app9, 10, 11, 15, 17, and 19, we will be migrating your server to a new hosting facility on Saturday, August. 2nd, 2025. The migration will begin at 9:00 AM EDT through 2:00 PM EDT. During this time, you will not be able to access your Workamajig account until the migration is completed.
We will try our best to minimize this outage window and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As part of this migration, the IP address of the server will change, including the Workamajig email server. If you have these IP addresses whitelisted for security reasons you will need to update them to the new IP address. You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted.
The IP address changes are detailed below:

*NOTE*: if you are whitelisting the Workamajig Email Server by IP Address, you will need to update your whitelist or you will not receive email notifications from Workamajig.
The IP address of mailw.workamajig.com will be changed from 104.143.112.219 to mail2.workamajig.com (204.232.188.168)
Accounts using DKIM for email authentication and/or using SSO/SAML for login authentication will not be impacted by the new IP addresses.
