Employees
Added the ability to set up a Custom Welcome Email for new employees and Contacts under Transaction Preferences > Contact Management. Messages can be sent using the mass update for Employees and Contacts.

Avalara
When Avalara is enabled, the Tax Address is an available column on the Project views.
E-mail
Added OAuth authentication with Google for Incoming emails. This will only apply to customers hosted on Workamajig servers. Customers running a locally hosted/installed instance of Workamajig will need to set up their own API project in Google.
System Setup
Corrected the validation on accounting screens to use the line's GL Company to validate the Office and GL Account on the line.
Added Project Campaign Segment Name to the Estimate Header Fields and Invoice Header Fields on the Invoice and Estimate Layouts.
Added a new Security Setting 'View Journal Entries'.
Increased the Top Level Custom Menu dots to 30.
Added logging when the number of incorrect logins before lockout is changed and when a user has been locked out due to too many failed login attempts.

Billing Worksheets
When creating a Campaign invoice using Billing Worksheets and the campaign has an office, the office is added to each invoice row.
Corrected an issue with Campaign Fixed Fee Billing from a Billing Worksheet that failed to set the Department correctly for Services or Items that have a Department.
The 'To Bill' amount is now displayed on the Generate Worksheets > Fixed Fee tab, when the billing schedule is set up using a dollar amount.
Added the Billing Worksheet ID to the subject of the Billing Worksheet conversations subject line and added a link to the Billing Worksheet in the body of the conversation.
Mass Billing - Retainers
Fixed an issue with Retainer Mass Billing that did not correctly apply the Invoice Template specified on the Retainer to the invoice.
Billing - Today
Added Retainer Profit, Profit from Extras and Total Profit fields to the Retainer Views.

Creative - Today
Modified the assignment screen to only allow you to mark a task as fully completed if "Allow Complete Percentages" is not enabled in the Creative Today System Settings.

Changed the Billing Comment field on the Project Setting > Billing Schedule to expand as you type.
Fixed an issue in the Existing Invoices listing of Project Billing where the Advance Bill, Amount Unapplied value included sales tax. Sales tax is no longer included.
Deliverables
Added a warning message that Notifications will not be sent on inactive rounds for Deliverables.
Fixed the timestamp on Deliverables.
Estimates
Added Internal Comment field to the Estimates Views.
Files
Added a Transaction Preference so the user can choose an expiration time for Project file links for Amazon WebDav. This will default to 7 days and have a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 30 days.
Projects
Now updating the Projects list screen when Next Steps, Status Notes, or Client Notes has been updated by a different user.
Fixed an issue where projects linked to campaigns with no campaign segment were sometimes not displaying in the campaign's Projects and Segments screen.
Fixed an issue with Billing Groups linked to All companies not updating when using the mass update due to GL Company restrictions set on the project.
To Do Board
Fixed an issue on the Project filter lookup on the To Do board.
Project Manager - Today
Added a Refresh Counts option to the More menu on the following Today screens: Accounting, Billing, Media, PM, and Purchasing.
Removed Deliverable Name field from the Assignment Views.

Credit Card Connector
On the Credit Card Connector corrected an issue when the user updates both item and a project using Item Rate Sheets with the Change Selectee option.
Fixed issue with attachments on the Credit Card Connector. When you upload a new item, the other line’s attachments are correctly shown.
Payments
ACH files created with the "Do not send a balance record" option selected will now change the batch header and footer transaction codes automatically to 220 (rather than 200). This was previously implemented only through the use of a customization code.
Vendor Invoices
On the Add Vendor Invoice Screen when it's an overhead expense the Class will now default from the Item.
Resource Manager
Traffic Calendar
Fixed an issue where some Traffic Calendar data was not displayed based on the grouping choices.
Fixed an issue on the Traffic Calendar where some task colors were not displaying correctly.
Salesperson
Client Portal
Added the Deliverable Due Date to the Client Portal Deliverables to Review section.
Opportunities
Fixed Opportunities so that you can not convert an Opportunity to a Project, Project Request or Campaign if the Client has the Do Not Use For Campaigns, Projects and Project Requests checked.
