Changed the Comments area in the New Meeting Time Entry to be a Text Area field.
Conversations
Reduced the spacing on conversation emails.
Fixed an issue with the Task link in conversation emails not highlighting the Task on the Schedule when you click it.
Fixed an issue when attempting to download attachments from diary entries. It was only downloading one file no matter what file you clicked on.

Notifications and Approvals
Corrected an issue where GL Company Restrictions were not respected for the Billing Worksheets approval posted to the Notification Bell.

Reports
Created a new custom report dataset: Labor Budget Data. Allows you to more easily see labor by budget, office, department and employee.
The Accrued Order Details Report now allows you to open Insertion and Broadcast orders. You can use the AS of Date to view older orders that may need attention.
Added Expand All/Collapse All under the More menu for all Views.
Added a Parent Client filter to the Project Chargeability Reports.
Changed the Project Status lookup on the Time Productivity Analysis report to an Any Of.
Added the Hours Billed field to the Project Item/Services Dataset.
The Media Recap report now has a second Group By option. In addition, GL Company and Office have been added as grouping options.

Corrected a discrepancy with the Remaining Budget Amount calculation between the Project Snapshot and the Projects > Favorites tile.
Today
Added a Deliverable tab to the Today - Creative Assignment page where you can access Deliverables assigned to that specific Task.
Fixed an issue when entering time on the Today-Creative grid view and marking percent complete at the same time would not mark the task complete on the schedule when you had a certain Display Options set.
Fixed an issue where the 'Task' column of the Assign Task page did not sort the tasks correctly.

Opportunities
Added a Project Status dropdown when you are enabling advanced
Fixed an issue with not being able to change the Outcome of an Opportunity to a Negative Outcome.
You will now only be able to Close an Opportunity Project if you have the right to View Project Setup Accounting.

Fixed an issue with the last Project not showing under the Project and Segments for Campaigns.

Fixed an issue with the Internal Approver Date for Estimates not working correctly in Reports and View.
Files
The Project Files page will now show an image preview of the first page of multi page PDF files. Also, in Deliverables, if you upload a PDF file to the round, an image preview of the first page of the PDF file will appear in the details tab for the Image Preview.

Fixed a bug where Summary Tasks that Track Budgets were not calculating Remaining Hours correctly.

Fixed an issue with a full Contact user not being pulled into the Reassign lookup for the Staff Schedule if they did not have a password set.
Billing
Billing Worksheets
Users with the "Add and Edit Client Invoices and Credits" right will now be able to Unapprove Billing Worksheets when all items were Marked as Billed.
Fixed an issue where the Billing Worksheet listing was not refreshed when a Billing Worksheet status was changed.
Fixed an issue that, in some cases, a Billing Worksheet display was not refreshed when it was added to or removed from a Master Billing Worksheet.
Client Invoices
The Invoice Number and Project are now separate columns on the Add Advance Billing Screen.
Added the Department field from the invoice line as an available column on the Client Invoice Line Settings screen.
Clients
Fixed an issue on Clients > Collection Period where it always displayed as zero. It will now calculate.
Mass Billing - Fixed Fee
A Production Status column has been added to the Mass Billing FF screen.
Receipts
You can now enter a bank fee amount for a Client Receipt. When desired enter a Department and/or Office for the fee on the Receipt edit page. For setup, add the Bank Fee account to GL Settings > GL Tracking > Default GL Accounts.
Billing Today
Fixed an issue on Billing > Today where the Invoices Waiting for Approval was set to Include all Approvers, but the logged in user did not have any invoices to approve.
Purchasing
Credit Cards
In the Add New Charge screen the last credit card account selected will be remembered from session to session.
Corrected an issue where credit card charges were no longer linked to a vendor when the vendor name was changed.
Payments
Fixed an issue in Check Printing, when a single check's detail spans more than one page - which voids the next check in order to use its stub - the voided check's number was displayed on the screen, when confirming the printing.
Purchase Orders
You now have the ability to require vendors to add an attachment on the Request for Quote reply. Transaction Preference > Purchase Orders > Require Attachments on Quote Replies is now available.
Users with the rights to Edit Purchase, Insertion and Broadcast Orders after Approval are now permitted to Add and Delete attachments on orders that are approved.
Fixed an issue in printing of Purchase Orders and Broadcast Orders using cultures that use "," as decimal separator that did not respect the Transaction Preferences Number of decimal places for Quantity / Unit Cost.
Request for Quote
Corrected an error that caused the link to the Request for Quote page to not respond through the date shown in the Email.
Media
Orders
Modified the IO and BO views so that the amount shown in the Actual Billed Amount column, will be the same as the Actual Billed amount on the order.
Accounting
Financial Budgets
When creating Financial Budgets from the Revenue Forecast, the budget is now updated for the full year reported in the forecast.
Labor Budgets
Enhanced the Labor Budget entry to account for any rounding amounts in the last month of the year.
Revenue Forecast
Invoices are now associated with Account Managers when you choose to Group by Account Manager.
Admin/Manager
API
Updated Zapier to allow the user to add the Company Type.
Added notify Emails as a file that can be passed into the todo end point.
A new endpoint called SELF was created. This serves as a way to get information about the current token including the employeeKey which is needed for time.
Excel Financials
Updated Excel financials to use tokens instead of username and password. In order to transition, you can copy the contents of the spreadsheet onto a new one. The tokens are the same ones used for the API Tokens.
Import Data
Added folder and company owner to the Client and Vendor imports.
Fixed an error with the import error file export for the Time import.
You can now use the Timesheet Import for contractor timesheets.
Corrected an issue with the Vendor Invoice import where it imported invoices without a GL Company when it is required.
The Client Import now pulls the Default Terms from Trans Preference > Client Invoices if terms are not specified in the import file.
System Setup
Integrations - CSI/VCard
Allow for stylized hyphen in address fields when adding transactions to CSI batches
Integrations - Email
Fixed an issue where the From address on Billing Status Update Notification emails were being set to the system email address.
Transaction Preferences
A new Transaction Preference > Projects > Require Write-off Reason is available. When set on the user must enter a reason for a write-off to save. The preference is set to Off by default. You must set to ON to implement this preference.
A Media Prebill Accrual Account has been added to GL Tracking Options > Prebilled Purchase Orders and Media. When there is an account entered, it will be used when prebilling media orders.
Added a Transaction Preference to Deliverables to blank the current owner of a Deliverable when a task is changed.
The Transaction Preferences for Project Change Requests are now visible again.
Modified the Unit Rate to show 4 decimal places in the Item Rate Sheets.
