Updated 1099 reporting to comply with changes for tax year 2020 - including new form, 1099-NEC, which replaces box 7 on 1099-Misc. 1099 reports and forms will no longer include Credit Card payments unless explicitly added in the criteria. For existing vendors set to 1099-Misc box 7 you will need to change them to the 1099-Nec form and 01 1099 box. You can use the mass update to change the vendors. Added a Restore Default button to the modify > more of dynamic reports. This will restore the columns, conditions and groups to the default settings of that report.
You can now save a message for the Send to Clients option on Client Statements. Go to Transaction Preferences > Client Invoices > Statement Email Options to modify the default message.
The Media Details Report now offers a grouping option by Vendor.

Made the copy tasks functionality more efficient to allow the copying of schedules with a large number of tasks.
Fixed issue where schedule grid doesn't always appear after a template or schedule with a large number of tasks is copied to an empty schedule.

To Do Board
Added To Do ID as available field column to the To Do Board.
Added Hours Allocated to the Assign Work column of the Assignment Management screen if there is a service assigned with allocated hours.
Fixed an issue where sometimes it would not allow you to click on a Project from the Staff Schedule Day View screen.
Fixed an issue where previous Time Entry data was not being printed when the Staff Schedule was Printed to Excel.
Mass Billing Media
Corrected an error with the Invoice Template for Broadcast Orders showing just the station and amount.
You can now update Retainer Invoice Template and Layout fields using the mass update on the Retainers view.
Added a new Billing - Today > System Setting for the Waiting for Approval listing. Choose Include All Approvers show all invoices waiting for approval regardless of who is the approver.
Payments using the Print Checks > Mark ACH, Post and Email Vendors option now show the GL Company in the email to the vendor.
The Days Old column on the Select Invoices to Pay screen now sorts correctly
The Net Open amount Purchase Order total on the printed PO, will no longer include tax. The Purchase Order Total does include tax.
When entering details rows on Vendor Invoices, the cursor now stops in the Task field when tabbing from the Project field.
When selecting Convert To Vendor, Add a Vendor screen will now populate with a Vendor ID, if one exists.
Relaxed the rules when you can change the Media Estimate on Broadcast and Insertion Orders, allowing updates until the order is billed. When you change the estimate on the order, the project will update to the project associated with that estimate.
A Statement Difference column has been added to both the Account Reconciliations view and Accounting Today > Open Account Reconciliations list.
Fixed an issue for calculating the starting balance of and Account Rec when GL Companies was previously used but is currently turned off.
There is now a 'SubAccount Of' column to the GL Account Setup screen.
Accounting - Today now memorizes your Account Balances settings from session to session when you choose to collapse sections.
Integrations to dashboard tools like PowerBI do not allow the user to configure the headers. In order to allow for tools like this to work added the ability to add the tokens into the URL for any GET calls.
When doing updates (PUT calls) for the opportunity endpoint the opportunity owner changes to the API user. We've resolved this issue and will not update the owner for PUT calls unless the owner field is specified.
Created a new import for importing Retainers.
The Task Import now supports importing predecessors. Add the Task ID to the Predecessor column in your import file.
Corrected an issue with the Expense Report Import not creating an error message file.
The Vendors Import and Vendor mass update now support updating ACH enabled.
The Vendor Import has been enhanced to allow you to import NEC into the 1099 Form field.
Corrected the Credit Card Charges Import to check for GL Company.
Corrected an issue with the Vendor Invoice Import that did not recognize the Target Company on the detail line.
Modified the Currency Exchange Rate process for European users that enter rates manually.
