Google Sync Update
Due to recent changes done by Google to the use of their API, you are unable to setup a connection to Workamajig. We are working with Google to rectify this situation. Tentative timeframe is July/August.

Conversations
New Email Conversations from Contacts or Leads will now automatically add the Lead or Contact to the Email To list, we will auto check the "Visible to client" check box and then show the yellow message that they added a client to the email tab.
Global Search
In the Global Search > System Settings users can now see the fields that are searchable in muted text.
Notifications and Approvals
Fixed an error message when a Client clicks on the Assignment Link from the Assignment Notification email and is taken to the Client Portal.
Credit Card Charges are now included on the Notification Bell (along with Time Sheets and Expense Reports) under Backup Approvals when the backup approver is set up on the Employee.
Fixed an issue with New Client Notifications not going out.
Reports
Added Fiscal Quarter To Date and Last Fiscal Quarter to the list of Filter Conditions when using date fields in Custom Reports.
Campaign Division Name and Campaign Product Name columns have been added to the Client Invoice Level Detail dataset.
Users with the rights to views from the Search menu, now have the option to create a new view using the + on the view listing. The new view is created with the name of the dataset.
The Client City field from the Client Main Address has been added to the GL Transaction Details dataset
Added Project Request ID to the Project Spec Sheet Data dataset.
Fixed an issue with the Billing Method field showing up twice in the Project Budget Analysis report and being labeled as undefined.
Added the Project Manager field to the GL Transactions Detail Data Report.
Fixed an issue that incorrectly allowed the Corp. P&L to open the GL Transaction Drill Down screen from a Rollup account. Users will now get a message.
Added an Opportunity Folder field to the Opportunity Activity Data Report.
Added Project Full Name field to the Payment Details Dataset.
Added Parent Client to the Billing Worksheet Report.
Corrected an issue with the Project Profit and Loss report that sometimes did not return any data.
Fixed an issue with the Purchase Journal Report not returning data when you choose one GL Company and Month to Date.
Fixed an issue with Text Area Custom Fields printing in multiple rows when printing to Excel.
Fixed an issue with Task Status Comments getting blanked out when completing a task using the I'm done with this Task checkbox in the Add Time section on the Today-Creative grid view.
Client Portal
The Client Portal now offers the ability to have clients see Open or Paid Invoices. See System Settings for all the options.
Fixed an issue with Parent Companies showing in the Client Portal when creating new Project Requests when using Do Not Use for Project/Project Requests.
Leads/Contacts/Companies
Added the ability to Merge Duplicates in Leads, Contacts and Companies, through the More Menu of these pages. This is in a lab and users will need the Security Setting Rights, Merge Contacts, Merge Companies, and Merge Leads.
On Project > Billing for Fixed Fee Projects > fixed fee panel, the Actual GI column calculation has been changed to Estimate Total minus Actual Expense Net.
Campaigns
Campaigns > Bill > Existing Invoices has been modified to show Campaign and Project Invoices.
Campaign Project and Segments now has a System Setting so you can set up columns for the grid per security group, also added the Product and Division as column options.
Fixed an issue with the View Project Budget Page right not working for Campaign Budgets.
Added a new System Setting to Add New Campaign to Require Start/Due Date.
Dashboard
Added Show Next Steps on right and Show Status Notes on right to the Project Dashboard System Setting. If selected they will show on the project dash above the daily feed under a Notes section.
Deliverables
Fix the comment section jumping back to the top of the list when replying to a comment.
Fix the comment section jumping when selecting a comment in the list.
Fixed an issue with the Deliverable View displaying multiple rows for each Deliverable.
When using a custom field to group data on the Deliverables Board, the group heading now displays even when that same field is not used as a column in the report.
Fixed an issue with the Group By drop down on the Deliverables Dashboard showing duplicate groups.
Estimates
The Task column on the Projects > Estimate Labor and Expense listings is now a sort-able column.
Files
Fixed an issue with files over 6MB not displaying thumbnails in the File Details screen.
Misc. Costs
When GL Tracking option Show Tasks on Expenses is off, the Task field is no longer shown on Misc. Costs entry.
Project Requests
Added word wrap to the Custom Field Options so the text is not cut off.
Schedule
Modified the GANTT PDF printing to more closely match how the GANTT is displayed on the screen.
A Project Change Notification is now sent when you complete the task from the Project Schedule and the task is set to change the Project Status When Task Completes.
Fixed an issue with the task Actual Start date on the grid not getting cleared out when the Actual Start date on the Assignment screen is cleared out.
Spec Sheets
Fixed an issue with the text editor where it deletes new text when you tab out of it.
Transactions
Added the new Transaction Preference Projects > Labor Transfers > 'Auto recalculate labor on transfers'. When this Preference is ON, and time is transferred to a new project, the labor will automatically recalculate the Billable Amount according to the new project's Get labor From setting.
Assignment Management
Fixed an issue where Blockout Meeting with attendees was showing twice on Assignment Management screen.
Staff Schedule
Add Group By Service to the Staff Schedule detail.
Fixed an error with the Staff Schedule when using IE 11.
Traffic Calendar
Added a GL Company filter to the Traffic Calendar.
When sending Client Invoice emails, the names and addresses of the copied recipients are now included in the body of the message.
Mass Billing - Fixed Fee
On Mass Billing - Fixed Fee users can now choose a One Line Per format. Choices are One Line, Task, Service Item and Billing Item.
Mass Billing - Time and Material
Users will now see an error message when they try to run additional billing on Mass Billing - T&M for projects already billed that day.
Receipts
Clients utilizing the Online Credit Card Payment feature, now receive email confirmation when they make a payment.
Today
Corrected an issue with loading Today - Billing when a Campaign name was larger than 100 characters.
Credit Card Connector
Corrected an error on the Credit Card Connector when matching a charge to an invoice and using the Split Invoices panel.
Payments
Two new filters, GL Account and ACH Enabled, have been added to Purchasing - Today Select Invoices to Pay screen.
Fixed an issue with the Today Purchasing > Print Checks "Mark ACH, Post and Email Vendors" option, did not send the email to the proper email address.
Purchase Orders
Users with the right to edit Purchase, Broadcast or Insertion Orders, now have the ability to edit text and descriptions fields.
Special characters < > : " \ | ? * in the PO/IO or BO Number is replaced with an underscore when creating the PDF file.
Today
Corrected an issue on Today Purchasing where the count of Checks to Print in a currency does not match the currency of the GL account.
Added a new Overworked Assignments Notification to Employee > Notification settings and an Overworked Assignments to the Items Needed Attention section on the Today - PM page.
Vendor Invoices
Corrected an issue that prevented the reordering of Vendor Invoice lines by drag and drop.
Vendors
Fixed an issue with the Primary Contact Name and Contact Name not displaying on the Vendor listing screen if they only have a first or last name.
When entering Insertion and Broadcast orders the Item ID is entered and the Item Name and Standard Description are populated from the item. Users can update the Name and Description text manually.
System Setting for Show Specs and Show Attachments have been added for Insertion and Broadcast Orders allowing users to set up options by security group.

Fixed an issue with Purchase Orders with very long Description data that caused lines not to show in the edit screen and the print function to hang without printing.
Stations
The panel name has been changed from Mailing Address to Material Address on both Stations and Publications.
Accounting
Today
The list of Open Reconciliations on Today Accounting is now shown in ascending order by Account Number.
The Client/Vendor name has been added to the Company column on Accounting > Unapproved and Unposted Transactions listings.
Vendor Invoices
Corrected an issue on Vendor Invoice Entry where the client associated with the project was not updated on the first invoice row, when a media item was selected.
Employees
Added a new Overworked Assignments Notification to Employee > Notification settings and an Overworked Assignments to the Items Needed Attention section on the Today - PM page.
Import Data
The Journal Entry Import can now import entries with a status of Posted.
The Vendor Import will no longer update a vendor's existing Bank Account or Routing Number.
Modified the Client import to prevent a client from being assigned as its own Parent Company.
System Setup
Added a new date format for the Positive Pay layouts (MM/DD/YYYY).
Updated the Plaid 'update accounts' option to include 500 transactions.
The GL Accounts screen now offers a Sort by Account Number option. Use this option to align all your accounts by number within groupings. Balance Sheet and Corp. P&L reports honor the sort on this screen.

Merge feature is now available in labs
