Added a Project lookup to the Project Budget Analysis Report.
The Project Budget Analysis report now has two new columns: "Current Year Total Gross" and "Previous Year Total Gross". These columns include labor, expense report charges, misc. costs, and vendor invoices.
Corrected an issue with the Retainer Name column on the Project Budget Analysis report.

Changed the / to a - in the Project Full Name for the Time Detail Data (no costs) report. If you have a saved filter option that specified a specific Project Full Name that contained a slash in the VALUE for the Project Full Name field you will need to change it to a dash.

The Project Billing Schedule Data report now has a Task Complete date column which shows the planned billing date.

Fixed an issue in the P&L reports that did not respect the collapsed / expanded state of account groups on the screen when printing, if Account Numbers were not displayed and more than one account had the same Account Name.

Fixed an issue with Approved or Rejected Project Requests still trying to validate the Due Date when checking the Closed box.
Removed the action to Create Project on the Project Request Form if the Closed box is checked. However, users who have the 'Edit Existing Requests' right can uncheck the Closed box and the Create Project action will then reappear.

Corrected an issue with labor transactions that could not be moved to a new service when it set to ‘Not To Bill’ in a billing worksheet and then was posted to WIP.
Added a PDF version of the client invoices for users who do not have the right 'Add and Edit Client Invoices and Credits'. Added to Projects > Billing > Existing Invoices AND Project > Budgets > Any Invoice.
When emailing client invoices, the screen now shows you additional Email addresses attached to the contact that will also receive the email.

When copying a purchase order, if the original PO is associated with an estimate and has the same vendor, project, task, and class, then we associate the new PO with the same estimate.
Added a new Purchase Order right called 'Edit Purchase Orders after Approval'.
On the Purchase Order, made the PO Number Email fields and wider to accommodate larger text without wrapping the text.
When a client contact has an address on record, a new 'Copy from Contact' button in the PO Details allows you to copy the address from the contact to the Purchase Order.
Request for Quotes
A new Transaction Preference > Purchase Orders > Show the Project Number on Quotes, allows you to suppress the project number in the vendor email and on the Print Request form.
Added Expense Report views to Purchasing - Today.
When copying a vendor invoice the due date is now calculated based on the new invoice date and the net terms.
Client Name now appears as a column in the grid when linking an Insertion Order to a Vendor Invoice on the Select Insertion Orders screen.
New Columns have been added to the Media Estimate screen: Billed Vendor Invoice and Total Billed. Existing columns: Applied Vendor Invoice and Prebilled Orders have been renamed for clarification.
The Revenue Forecast, Update Forecast option now honors the Inactive flag for Retainers. When the Retainer is set to Inactive and you Update Forecast, the monthly retainer amounts are set to 0.00. You can set the retainer to the desired number of periods or if you want to remove it completely, use the Delete option.
When exporting GL Accounts, change the account type of "Other Expenses" to "Other Expense" so it can be imported without issue.
The GL Accounts screen now has Display Options to sort the account in the Standard order or Account Number order. When Account Number is chosen, the accounts within each section are resorted numerically.
You can now attach different Address from Account Setup to individual GL Companies.
Changes to the GL Company Close Date are now recorded in the System Log.
When exporting Service Rate Sheets, Inactive services are no longer included in the file.
The 'View Purchase Orders' right was modified so users having that right can view Purchase Orders from the Vendor Edit screen.
When changes are made to Client, Company, and Vendor addresses, entries are now made in the System Log.
