Fixed button to collapse and expand All Day area in Calendar.
Added Start/End Time and Location to the tooltip on the calendar Find a Time grid.
Conversations
Added a Transaction Preference to Notification Options for Conversations, this will allow Conversations to show under Messages in the Notification Bell.
Added a Transaction Preference under Contact Management > Conversations to Show Original Post at the Bottom for Conversations, this controls Project, Deliverable and Campaign Conversations.
Global + Menu
Added "Tracking Form" option under "Everyone" section of global + menu.
Mobile
Fixed an issue with the search for lookups not working on mobile.
Mobile version now displays users' avatar.
Notifications and Approvals
Added the Summary Task name, if there is one, to the Task Notification Email.
Added Deliverable Email Notifications to the Bell under Messages. It tracks Approvals and when you are on the notify list.
Reports
The screen now shows a calendar icon next to any Report which is a Scheduled Report.
Added a new Custom Report, Campaign Spec Sheet Data.
Added Line Account Manager and Line Project Manager to the Vendor Invoice dataset based on the project on the vendor invoice line.
Added Last Billed Date to the Project Summary Dataset.
Added Deposit ID to Receipt Data custom report column options.
The Request Type field can now be used as a lookup when used as a Filter for Custom Reports using the Project Request datasets.
Changed the User Office Name to a Any Of lookup in the Time Detail Datasets.
Fixed an issue with the Date and Time Created fields for Time Sheets not showing the correct information in Reports and Views.
Corrected the input for the Client ID field on the AR Aging Report.
Fixed the Date Range selection not getting set on schedule reports correctly on Time Productivity Analysis report.
Changed the Project Billing Status field to be a lookup in the Project Cost Transactions datasets.
Timesheets
Users will now get an error message if you try to stop and save time for a task that has been completed while the timer was running and you do not have the right to Charge time to completed tasks.
Now sorting the time entry screen tasks and the time approvals screen tasks by Line Number rather than Task Name.
Fixed an issue on Today-Creative and Resource Management where dragging a tile to a new status column was not updating the percent complete.
Moved the Hand Off Tasks checkbox from the Assignment To Do Settings to the Today - Creative System Setting.
Added a message that "Date Range, Grouping and Sorting Options do not apply to Tile View" to Today - Creative > More > System Settings, under Show Tile View.
Removed the Dashboard Setting on the client portal to "Show all projects for the client" and changed it to a Client Right "Access all projects for client". This controls the viewing of the button "show all projects for my company.'' Without this right only projects the user is assigned to will be seen.
Changed the Client Dashboard to not display an access denied error if the client login has the right to Access all projects for client.
Added the Timeline option to the Project Views for the Client Portal.
Opportunities
When you enable Require Template/Project to Copy when adding new projects, this setting will also apply when Enabling Advanced Features on an Opportunity to require a template to pick from.
Increased the number of colors available for charts and graphs.
Deliverables
Modified the process to prevent Deliverable Notifications from going out to Inactive Users.
Added the Deliverable Owner to the information page of Deliverables after the Instructions and Date Sent.
Fixed comments no longer displaying after a comment To Do status was updated.
Fixed an issue with displaying PDFs on the first load when using Box.com.
Campaigns
Corrected the Project listing on a By-Project estimate to sort the non-segment projects into a non-segment section.
Added Primary Contact to the Projects and Segments list for Campaigns.
Added Percent Complete for the Project on the Campaign Schedule screen.
Estimates
Fixed an issue in Campaign Estimates by Project Only. If a Project was set to use All Approved, and there were no Approved Estimates, the project would drop off the list.
Miscellaneous Costs
Updated the Misc Cost add screen to only show Projects that have a Project Status that Allows Expense Entries.
Project > Misc. Costs will no longer show the master transaction message when users enter new items.
Project Requests
Project Request Rejection emails now show the Reject Reason above the Comments.
Projects
Fixed an issue with Project Manager > Projects not returning results when using Project Type Is Blank.
Project Production Dash Sort By and Group By options will now apply to the Favorites tab.
Schedule
Added Task Status will be set to yellow if a task's predecessor will cause the task to start after a Must Start On constraint, or complete after a Must Finish On constraint.
Added restricting the Services lookup to the user's GL Company they have access to if the company is using GL Company restrictions.
Added a black vertical line to indicate Company Blockout days on the Project Schedule Gantt view.
Fixed an issue where the schedule Gantt colors were not showing the Project Color for new tasks, and not changing to the Segment Colors when you select a Segment, until after the schedule is saved and reloaded.
Fixed issue in Schedule when autosave is on where unlinking tasks can cause the selection checkboxes to disappear.
Fixed an issue where Track Budget settings may be incorrect after dragging tasks onto a schedule from a Template.
Spec Sheets
Fixed an issue with Default Values defined on Spec Sheets not showing on Project Request Spec Sheets.
Added a Hide Description option to the Spec Sheet definition. This will apply to Spec Sheets on Project Requests as well.
The Billing Worksheets To Bill screen now has a view Jump to Credit Card Charges and Vendor Invoices. In addition when there are attachments, the screen displays a Has Attachments link.
When using the Print option within Billing Worksheets, comments will now print in the heading of the report.
Billing Today
Campaign Name is now available as a column in System Setting on all of Billing Worksheet views.
Client Invoices
Fixed an issue with Designer Layouts for Estimates and Invoices that caused HTML commands to print when custom fields text included an apostrophe.
ACH files will now use the Vendor DBA when the Print DBA on Checks/1099 option is set.
Vendor Invoices
When expense reports are converted into vouchers. users can now see the original Expense Date by adding the Dates column to the Vendor Invoice Lines grid through System Settings.
The delete icon now always appears on Attachments on Vendor Invoices.
Corrected processing for Vendor Invoices and Credit Card charges that prevented some inter company charges from posting.
When you enable Require Template/Project to Copy when adding new projects, this setting will also apply when Enabling Advanced Features on an Opportunity to require a template to pick from.
Revenue Forecast
A new Billing column has been added to the Revenue Forecast to show if the project is set for Fixed Fee (FF) or Time and Materials (TM) billing method.
A new option has been added when creating a new Revenue Forecast to allow users to elect to display all Fixed Fee projects as Time and Materials projects. Using this option ignores the fixed Fee Billing Schedule for forecasting.
Employees
Added Project Manager to the Employee Notifications where Account Manager is currently used, it will now be Projects where I am the account manager or project manager.
Admin/Manager
Import Data
Client Invoices can now be imported with a status of Posted.
The Notify Email field is now required in the Project Request Import.
Corrected the Project Imports error messages for required Start Date and End Date.
Integrations - API
Added a "/recent" option to the activities, companies, contacts, groups/members, and opportunities endpoints for Zapier certification.
Added check to the timesheets api where inactive user can't create timesheet.
Plaid Connections
The Admin Manager > Connections > Credit Cards > Plaid Connections section now displays a comma-separated list of card numbers and cardholders for each of the credit cards connected to the main account to make account identification easier.
System Setup
Fixed an issue where the 'System Setting' link was available to all users on the Project To Do page regardless of whether they had the right or not.
Fixed an issue with the Setup Custom Fields button being cut off on Define Project Requests.
Fixed an issue with GL Tracking Options that only showed the Require GL Accounts option when the GL Companies were turned on.
Fixed an issue in Estimate Templates when changing the Task Display Level from All Tasks, it did not clear the options specific to that setting.
Added a Contact Lookup Display Type to Custom Fields.
