Conversations
No longer sending emails from old conversations to Inactive Users. They will be removed from the Email To list and will not receive email from edit or reply.
HTML code no longer appears for Conversation emails received in Outlook.
Fixed an issue with Add to Project Files not working in Conversations.
Expense Reports
Allow users without edit rights to see and open attachments on Expense Reports.
Notifications and Approvals
Added the ability to Start a Timer to the + Menu.
Added running timers to the Notification Bell.
Added the Estimate Number to the Estimate Notification emails.
Columns Client ID and Client Name are now available on the Billing Worksheets Approval panel.
Added Current Step to the Deliverable Notification screen as a column option.
Users without rights to approve Credit Card charges will now get an error message on the Approvals panel when trying to approve charges. The user is permitted to reject credit card charges.
Corrected an issue when creating notification links to print Estimates. The correction does not fix old links already created, just new ones going forward.
Reports
Added the '$' color icon to the Metrics Monitor Report in Platinum to match Classic.
Fixed an issue with the colors being incorrect with the Metric Monitor.
Added a Draft field (Yes/No) to the Conversation Views and Activity dataset.
The Project Budget Analysis report now includes columns: Project Original Total Budget, Project CO Total Budget, and Project Current Total Budget. These columns allow users to see Campaign By-Project estimate amounts. Can be used to report by segment as well.
Added Calendar Name field to the Calendar dataset.
Fixed an issue with using the Add a page break after this group not working for Calculated Groups in Custom Reports.
Corrected an issue where a report filter set to Equals To could not recognize Names with (and/or) in the name.
Fixed an issue in the Billing Transaction Detail Data where the Sales Account associated with the Service or Item was shown rather than the one on the Invoice Line even when Post to Sales Using Detail was not selected.
Added Opportunity ID to the Project Views and Project Summary dataset.
Fixed an issue with Inactive Users not showing up in search criteria in Custom Reports when you had the System Setting to Show Inactive Items in Search Criteria.
Fixed error when printing Custom Reports to PDF or Excel when they contain a Custom Field with a period in the name.
Fixed an issue in the Balance Sheet that displayed the total amounts as 0.00 for rollup accounts that have child accounts more than one level deep.

Added an Allow Copy Time Sheet System Setting to the My Time entry page that will allow you to hide the Copy Week option.

The Client Portal Project Dash now displays the Account Manager and Project Manager when available.

Project Manager
Project Billing
On Project > Billing for Fixed Fee Projects > fixed fee panel, the Actual GI column calculation has been changed to Actual Expense minus Actual Expense Net.
Campaigns
Added Bill By option to the Mass Update of Campaigns Views.
Dashboard
In the PM Dashboard a client must be selected for the Division drop-down to show if you have the option to Display Client Division. The Screen will no longer automatically refresh after changes to any of the drop-down selections so a Refresh button has been added.
Deliverables
Added the Project Number/Name and Name of the deliverable to the deliverable approvals list on mobile.
When a person that is not a user in Platinum is invited to review a deliverable, we will use the security right on the Owner of the Deliverable to determine if Advanced tools can be used.
On the Deliverables decision screen the decision label text next to the decision thumbs up/down icons is now clickable.
When adding a comment, you can now drag and drop a deliverable over the 'Save' and 'Cancel' buttons.
Estimates
Corrected an issue in Project Estimates that did not save Comments when adding new Expenses.
Misc. Costs
The Unit Description column as been added to the Misc Costs Screen.
Project Requests
Added Active/Inactive indicator to the Used By of Project Request Custom Fields so you can tell the status of the Project Requests that use that field.
Added a Search to the add new Project Request screen.
Project Settings
If you change the Primary Contact on a Project an Add To Team button will show if that person is not already on the team.
Projects
Fixed an issue with the Project Billing Status not filtering correctly on Project Manager > Projects.
Schedule
Added Collapse/Expand all to the Show Templates panel on the Schedule Screen.
Fixed Predecessor panel on the Schedule to prompt the user to save changes if they just clicked the X to close without saving.
Fixed an issue on the Schedule where tasks with actual hours could get their Track Budget turned off during drag and drop.
Fixed an issue on the Schedule and Staff Schedule when assignment dates are updated but are outside of the task date range, they were still allowed to be saved with the incorrect date.
Fixed GANTT on schedule to use timeline segment colors if they have been set. Otherwise, it'll use the project color.
To Do Board
Fixed an issue with the Previous Task not clearing out when loading the To Do Board.
Resource Manager
Assignment Management
Added Department, Office, Services and Team as filter options to the Assignment Management Assign Work column.
Added select list filters for Unassigned Task options.
Staff Schedule
Added a Predecessors Complete column to the Staff Schedule detail pages.
Changed the Services drop-down in the Staff Schedule Options to an "Any Of".
Personal blocked out days are now displayed as a darker yellow in Day View.
Fixed the Project links on the Staff Schedule not working when accessing the Staff Schedule for the first time.

Billing Worksheets
Billing Worksheets now have a Project Details section that shows Project Status and when available Billing Status.
Added an expense filter to the Transaction Details for the budget drill-down within the current or prior billing worksheets.
Added Campaign Name as an available field to System Settings on the Billing Worksheet views.
Client Invoices
Corrected the Project drop-down on a client invoice line to include all projects for the client.
Clients
Fixed the error message when trying to Delete a Client record that was linked to Projects.
Retainers
The Retainer Invoice list now correctly reports the portion of a client invoice charged to a retainer.
Corrected an issue with the calculation of Retainer Remaining Periods view column.
Purchasing
Payments
The Select Invoices to Pay screen now has two additional filters for selecting vendor invoices: "Does Not Accepts VCards" and "Does Not Accepts Credit Cards"
Purchase Orders
Field labels across Broadcast Orders, Insertion Orders, and Purchase Orders are now consistent.
Adjusted the Custom Fields on the PO format to be transparent so the DRAFT watermark is always shown.
When the print icon next to the Vendor's name is used to print then email the quote, the status will now be updated to 'Send Pending Replies', and the button at the top of the quote will change to 'Close Quote'.
Vendors
Users with rights to 'Edit Accounting Information' but not to 'View Companies you do not own' will no longer get an error message when entering new clients and vendors.

Corrected an issue with Broadcast Orders that were created in Classic and then had spots deleted in Platinum.
Accounting

Corrected an issue that sometimes caused users with correct rights to not have the Vendor Invoices view on Accounting > Today.

Admin users will now be able to view the project list for Inactive Employees.
Import Data
Users can now import new or update existing addresses for clients, vendors and companies.
Added "Active" field to the Project Status import.
Corrected an issue with the Financial Budget import when Offices are required.
On the Broadcast Order and Purchase Order imports, a check was added to ensure the Commission field is a number.
On the Broadcast Order imports, added an error message if the "BO Number" field doesn't exist.
System Setup
Fixed an issue in Invoice Templates that did not display the Company Address selected.
