Calendar
Added the Date Created on the Meetings Details Screen for Meetings users do not own or have edit rights.
Conversations
Fixed an issue with Editing Project Conversations and not being able to link Conversations to Tasks that were not Track Budget tasks.
Added a new System Setting to the Add People panel ‘Setting to Search for contacts when the screen is open.
Expense Reports
Expense Report Details now has an 'Exchange Rate Date' option. When users enter a currency, the Exchange Rate Date defaults to today. Users can change the date and all of the report receipts are recalculated using the rate from the new date.
Users can now change the Expense Report Envelope Number on more > Edit Details panel.
A GL Expense Account column has been added to the Expense Report screen, allowing the approver to see the account associated with the item on each expense receipt.
Users will now receive an error message when unapproving an expense report that has billed charges.
Users can now change the Vendor associated with an expense report up until the vendor invoice has been created.
If a user is the Approver or Backup Approver, they can edit Submitted Expense Reports. If they are not the Approver or Backup, they must have the rights to Edit Time Sheets and Expense Reports for anyone and Edit Transactions after submission/approval.
Mobile
Added a Details option to get to Default Settings to change/update Backup Approvers on mobile.
Notifications and Approvals
Added a Notification Setting called 'Backup Approvals' (Notification Bell > System Settings). This is a separate section under the Notification Bell that lists the Expense Reports, Project Requests, and Time Sheets for which the user is the Backup Approver. Disabling this setting will not show backup approval requests in the Notification Bell.
Added the date to the ‘You have a missing Time Sheet’ notification email.
Added links to Project and Task in the ‘Your Daily Task Reminders’ notification email.
The email for a Time Sheet submitted for approval now has a link in the body of the email to the Time Sheet Approval list page.
The Project Full Name and Vendor Name have been added to the Vendor Invoice rejection emails.
Reports
There is a new Write-off amount in the top budget section of the Billing Worksheet Report.
Labor Gross column has been added to the Project Profit and Loss (Multi View) and the

Added 'Any Of' for Project Type selection on the Project Profit and Loss (Multi View) Report
Now displaying the Campaign Name and Campaign Number in the Billing Dataset even if it's just billing the campaign and not projects related to the campaign.
Added the ability for the Client Company Type filter to work as a drop down in the Time Detail Data Reports.
Service Hourly Cost column has been added to the Time Detail Data reports.
Corrected the Estimate Detail Data report to display the Campaign Segment Name from either the campaign estimate linked to segment OR from the project estimates linked to the campaign and segment.

Added the Client Invoice View as a dataset to Reports called Client Invoice Level Data, many other views have been added as well.
The GL Company name now appears in the heading of the Corporate P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

Contacts
Added the ability to mass update the Security Group in Contacts.
Project Manager
Campaigns
Added Project Manager to the Campaigns Dashboard > More > System Setting and Display Options as a filter option and added Project Manager as a column option to the grid. Both of these will pull the Project Manager from the Client of the Campaign.
Fixed an issue in Campaign Estimates that showed Project lines on the printed estimate when there was no approved Estimate for that project.
Deliverables
Changed the Date Completed to include the Time on the Deliverable Round Approvers.
Added the Task Description field when adding a New Task from Fix This on a Deliverable.
Added Current Approver Due Date to the Deliverable Views. This will show the current due date from the Project Deliverable Round Approver.
Added the ability to specify Key People and Services to the standard approval process for Deliverables and Change Requests.
Project Requests
When users copy a Project Request it will now copy the Approval Process from the Project Request Definition.
Added a Hide Due Date checkbox if Minimum days are 0 or blank on the Project Request Definition. This will determine if the Due Date shows when creating new Project Requests.
Added an Attachments column to the Project Request View.
Added the ability to Duplicate a Spec Sheet that is on a Project Request.
Project Settings
Added the ‘Switch To Project’ lookup to most areas of the Project Dash.
Now remembering which tab was selected on the Project Snapshot and Profit Profitability sections on Project Dash.
Added support for Key Persons in Platinum. To enable, enter labels in Transaction Preferences > Projects. Then designate the individuals under a specific Project > Project Settings.
Projects
The red line indicating the current date on the Gantt has been restored to Project Manager > Projects.
Added 'Next Steps' field to the Project Views and Project Summary Data dataset.
When using Copy Specifications for Projects, it now defaults the current project into the project search and pre-select Project Specs if they have been selected while in grid mode.
Added Estimate Profit column to Project Manager > Projects.
Schedule
Modified the Task Edit screens for the Staff Schedule, Traffic Calendar, Assignment Management, and Campaign screens to better match the layout currently used on the Project Schedule.
Fixed an issue in the Project Schedule where Status Comments were not being saved when dragging a new task from a Template and then entering Status Comments for that task.
Fixed a schedule error when all tasks are deleted and users then try to add a new task.
Fixed an issue where Schedule Reassign screen would occasionally lock up.
Spec Sheets
Control-Click now works for Spec Sheets. Users can now Control-Click on the spec from the Project Dash, Grid mode, or list mode and it will open the Edit Spec screen in a new window.
To Do Board
Added Client as a filter to the To Do Board.
Fixed an issue with the Assigned User not getting their Email inserted into the Notify List when creating new To Dos.
Fixed an issue with null To Dos being created when when trying to close the To Do screen after creating a new To Do. Users will not be asked if they want to save if they have not typed anything. The screen will now show an error if the To Do does not have a subject.
Transactions
Corrected an issue when transferring vouchers with a 0.00 quantity. The negative transaction incorrectly displayed -1.00 quantity on the transfer from project.
Resource Manager
Staff Schedule
Added a Contractor filter option to the Staff Schedule.
Changed the User filter to a multi-select in the Staff Schedule Options.
Billing
Billing Worksheets
Billing Worksheet labor transfers now confirm there is a task before a transfer is allowed.
Corrected an issue in the Billing Worksheet process where the Sales Account was not set to the Advance Billing Account when users chose Advance Bill.
Client Invoices
Tax Code Name has been added to both Vendor and Client Invoice screens.
When importing client invoices, the Project Snapshot > Billing totals are now updated.
Client Invoices that use a designer Layout now support the printing of Invoices without any lines.
When users email Client Invoices from Billing Dashboard Aging > Client Invoices panel, the email is now correctly sent.
Modified the Unapplied Advances calculation on Client Invoices to more accurately reflect the open amount on the screen as users apply advances.
Deposits
The Client ID and Client Name were added to the Deposit Detail page.
Mass Billing - Media
The Program column for Broadcast Orders and Ad Number for Insertion Orders have been increased to show 150 characters on Mass Billing > Media details panel.
Mass Billing - Time and Material
The Mass Billing T&M option 'Open Orders Only' option will now be remembered.
Purchasing
Credit Card
When a Department is stored on a Purchase Item, it is now updated on a credit card charge through Credit Card Entry or the Credit Card Connector.
The Credit Card Connector now picks up the office associated with a project on the main screen and the Split Projects panel.
Added Date Created as a column option to Credit Card Charges views.
Fixed a problem downloading transactions where the Plaid Account doesn't have a sub-account.
Payments
Added logging for adding items to a batch, removing items from a batch, and publishing a batch in CSI Payments.
Added a drill-down from the Credit Card Paid In Cash screen to the Payment.
Users can now click on a check in the Checks to Print listing to open the payment and make adjustments. When changing the Check Amount, the Check Amount is updated on the Checks to Print screen.
Purchase Orders
Added the Item Description field to the email notification when a Purchase Order is sent for approval.
Corrected an issue with the comparison of the amount of a purchase order in a foreign currency to the approver's PO limit, causing the approval email to not be sent out.
Vendor Invoices
The Tax Code Name has been added to both Vendor and Client Invoice screens.
The Vendor Invoice Due Date is now calculated and shown on the Add a Vendor Invoice panel.
Orders
Added the ability in Broadcast and Insertions to enter the Materials Sent status on the line level. Click into the order to update each row separately or click the Materials Sent checkbox, on the Traffic screen or on the Order Details to update all not sent rows with today's date.
Revenue Forecasts
The Revenue Forecast has been enhanced to allow users to filter foreign currency items and have the report convert the amounts to display the alternate currency amounts. The exchange rate used is the first day of the Starting Month.
Today
Fixed the AP / AR Aging "Find date of last balance" feature to use the GL Company specified in the criteria.
Workamajig now has the ability to submit VAT to HMRC directly as part of the Making Tax Digital program. Please contact your support person directly to request that this feature be enabled.
Employees
Added My Supervisor as an option to the Employee Edit page under the Supervisor check box, where users can select the employee's supervisor. The list displays individuals who currently have the Supervisor box checked.
Added the ability to mass update Supervisor and My Supervisor to the Employee Dash and the Employee Views.
Added Supervisor Name as a column option to the Time Sheet Views and the Time Detail Datasets.

Import Data
Users can now import basic Deliverables into Platinum. The import also supports updating existing deliverables.

The Opportunity Import now gives a proper error message for an invalid company name.
Modified the Expense Report import to set the taxable checkbox on for receipts that have Tax Amounts in the import file.
GL Accounts
Corrected an issue with the Credit Card number and CCV display for Credit Card GL Accounts.
System Log
Added the employee's name that was activated/inactivated in the System Log.
Added deleting of Custom Reports to the System Log.

System Setup
Users can now set defaults for Project Status Codes and Project Billing Status Codes in System Setup > Global Lists.
Added Description column to the service rate sheet export file under System Setting > Billing Options.
Added 'Project Manager from Project' to the Default Approver options on Transaction Preferences > Estimates.
Corrected the scrolling on the Connections > Credit Cards listing. The scroll bar will appear when necessary.
