When using the Bell Notification, the calendar meeting notification link is being recognized as a dangerous request from the browsers and servers. We've fixed the issue and the notification renders correctly.

Fixed an issue in custom Time reports that caused Start Date Time and End Date Time to display with their time values offset from UTC.
Changed AR / AP Aging reports so that when checking the last balance date on an account with no transactions it will display a message of "This account has no transactions".
When comparing foreign currency accounts on the Balance Sheet to the Cash Flow report, monthly balance changes are correctly reported when the same exchange rate is used.

Traffic Calandar > Calendar view links will now open the Task Detail page like we do when clicking on the task in the Grid view.

Users can now set defaults for all of the options on the Billing Worksheets Generate system settings. Each time users open the screen the settings are honored.
The Billing Worksheet transfer process has been modified to read the project status setting for Allow Time Entries and Allow Expense Entries before a transfer can be made.
Users no longer need the 'Add and Edit Client Invoices and Credits' security right to access the 'Create as an Advance Billing' option on Billing Worksheet Settings.
Fixed an issue in Fixed Fee Billing Worksheets that used for creating Advance Bills where previous Advance Bills were calculating in the Amount Billed causing the Project to be over applied.

The Description 5 column will now show if enabled on the Billing Options > Time Tracking > Services grid.
Added Request Type as a filter option in the System Log.
Tracking Form Authors will not receive an Updated Email when a form is Completed, if they are set to get Notifications for both updated and closed forms.
