Fixed an issue where only the public Meeting was displaying on the Calendar, and not the Resource items associated with the Meeting.
Removed the "White Text" checkbox on the calendar settings screen. Now the system will automatically determine whether the text is white or black based on the calendar's color.
Decimals are now allowed in the subject line of Conversations.
Fixed an issue with the Text Editor Icon disappearing when editing Message text for Conversations in Firefox.
The New Dashboard Filters will now clear when using the Clear button.
Notifications and Approvals
A new Created By column is available on the Approval Bell screen for: Vendor Invoices, Credit Card Charges, Client Invoices, Purchase Orders, Insertion Orders, and Broadcast Orders.
Project Requests that have been rejected will now show in the Rejected Items under Notifications.
Added Date/Time Sent to Deliverables Notification screen as a column option.
Created a new dataset for Reports. Use this for listing Views and Custom Reports details.
Added the 'Any Of' option to the GL Company filter on the Statement of Cash Flows Report.
Added Summary Task Name as a column option to the Time Detail Data Reports.
Added lookups to the Employee Services Dataset when using Any Of and/or Equal To for Default GL Company Name and Default GL Company ID filters.
P&L reports now shows the Difference amount in comparison mode when Hide Sub Accounts is selected.
Fixed an issue in AR/AP Aging reports > Find date of last balance that did not report the balance date if it was the same as the date the account opened.
Project Summary Scoreboard Report now displays all Sections to View, instead of ones that were selected in the Display Options.
Added the field 'Round Count' to the Deliverable Views and Deliverable Detail dataset.
Changed the column formatting for Date Added in the Project Request Reports to now just show the date.
The Chargeability Summary - Hours report has been modified so when users select Active Employees Only, employees without Billable Hours, Total Hours, and Chargeable Hours all at zero will not be displayed.
The Chargeability Summary - Hours Excel export no longer has an extra empty column.
Added Project Total Hours, Project Total Labor Net and Actual Total Costs to the Time Detail Data, and the Time Detail Data (with employee custom fields).
Users without the ‘Access Any Project’ right can now run Client P&L (Multi) report.
The Time Productivity Analysis Report now honors the company Fiscal Year.
Added Quote Quantity to the Quote Details Report dataset.
General Ledger Report will now appear in the Recent Menu.
Added error message to timesheet for when user does not have the 'Charge time to completed tasks' right and timesheet contains charges for completed tasks.
Creative - Today
Added Task ID as a column option to the grid view of Today-Creatives.
Added Contacts and a Search option to the To Do Email To filter options.
Added a new column to the Company View called Date Added With Time, this will display the correct date and time the company was created.
Added a Locked Column option under More > Campaign Budget Settings so you can lock columns on the Campaign Budget and prevent columns like the Project Name from scrolling off the page.
Users can now set up Custom Fields for Deliverables.
Fixed an issue where Approved with Comments displayed on the round when it should have displayed Resubmit.
The decision label on the Deliverables Dash screen will now say 'Resubmit' in keeping with the Project's Dash screen and the Round's Edit screen.
Fixed an error when accessing Deliverables created using the Quick Add feature.
Fixed an issue with the External Approval Status showing Sent on Project Estimate List instead of Approved or Rejected.
The option to create Multiple Quantities for expenses is now available on the Project Estimate Settings.

Project Manager - Today
The Approved Requests with no Projects under Today - PM Open Items will now include those that do not have an Account Manager assigned.

Clicking on the number of Open ToDo in the new Schedule now opens the To Do panel.
Enhanced dragging and dropping Tasks in the Schedule so that the blue indicator line will now indent to help more accurately indicate where the drop will be positioned.

The user's selected Reassign option in session will now be saved so it will default to that option the next time the user opens the Reassign Panel.
Missing Task ID errors no longer remain on the row after the error has been corrected.
To Do's on Tasks now delete when the user has right to delete To Do's.
Approval Comments and Worksheet Comments columns have been added to all of the Billing Worksheet views.
Corrected an error in Billing Worksheets caused by an apostrophe in the Invoice Comments text.
Removed the Mass Change button on Billing Worksheets in Classic if the Billing Worksheet is Approved.
Corrected an issue on Add a Client Invoice where the Gross Amount was not reset when users opened the Add Labor or Add Expenses panel but did not add any charges.
Added Vendor Name column to Client Invoice line Expenses display.
The tax indicator on the printed Invoice lines will now roll up to the highest summary line when Line Detail is set to Top Level Lines.
When the user changes the Client > Project Defaults > Get Markup From setting and select Update, the system will change that setting on the client's active or all projects. The update does not recalculate gross on already entered expenses.
Updated Dashboards with the ability to show a single Key Metric.
Users can now enter negative client receipts in Platinum
Weekly has been added as a frequency for Retainers in Platinum and Classic.
Users can now see the Number of Remaining invoices for a Retainer on Retainer View.
Credit Card Connector
Corrected an issue with Marked as Processed option on the Credit Card Connector - Unmatched Charges panel. When users select Mark as Processed, the item will be removed from the list.
The ability to delete multiple entries has been added to the Credit Card Connector.
Users can now change the Credit Card account using the Change Selected option on the Credit Card Connector.
Modified the Credit Card Connector to only update the expense account when the vendor has a default account.
Credit Card Charges
Added the ability to Mark Billed Credit Card Charges on the Credit Card Charge edit page.
The Credit Card Charges Sent to Vendors view now includes options to select the rows and Email the Vendors or Mark the Date Sent and Viewed.
Added validation to prevent the deletion of prebilled lines in Broadcast Orders, Insertion Orders, and Purchase Orders.
Added the conversion of the PO net to home currency when comparing it to the approver's PO limit in Classic.
Fixed an issue with Manual Payments address that incorrectly placed the comma before the postal code, rather than before the state.
Added 3 Advance Options to ACH payment file: Send data All Caps, Do not send a balance record and Do not use unique file names.
Updated the CSI process to use the DBA when the Use DBA ForPayment option is selected in the Vendor Payment Defaults.
Added a link to the Expense Report from the created Vendor Invoice, and a Log Entry when the Vendor Invoice is created.
Users can now Add Labor to a Vendor Invoice for a non-overhead vendor. Click off the overhead setting if necessary. Users can also adjust the labor amounts after they are added to the invoice row.
Added links from the Vendor Invoice lines to BOs and IOs, to match behavior of POs.
Insertion and Broadcast Orders will not be automatically closed when there are open rows for 0.00.
The Broadcast Order Detail View now shows the correct Gross Amount for orders with 0.00 Gross.
Check Memo column on the Account Reconciliations Decreases list now shows the Check or Journal Entry memo.

The Plaid import now allows for downloading transactions from multiple charges to one GL Account.
Automatically remove the login info when a GL Account is linked to Plaid preventing duplicate transactions from multiple sources.

Updated the way in which changes to rights are saved in Security Settings to ensure proper application of those settings.
Modified the Project, Campaign, and Estimate Numbering Methods to hide the 'Use a 2 digit year prefix' checkbox and 'Prefix' text box when a non-prefix Numbering Method is selected. Also, when a Method containing Prefix is selected and the 'Use a 2 digit year prefix' checkbox is checked, the 'prefix' text box will pre-populate with the current year.
