- When a Deliverable Due Date is calculated it will default to 5 PM no matter what your Time Zone. (Enhancement)
- When you Reply to a Comment on a Deliverable, it will go to the Approver that made the original comment AND anyone in the Notify list (if they have the option to get an email on every comment). Estimates
- The Client Project Number (if used) and the Estimate Description field positions on the printed estimate have been switched so a Description that wraps multiple lines does not overwrite the Client Project Number. (Fix)

- Fixed an issue with only one folder being copied when creating a New Project from a Template with folders.
Project Requests
- Added a Campaign Segment option on New Project Requests, if the Project Request is set up to Display Campaign and that Campaign has Segments. This will also get pulled into New Projects when they are created from the Project Request. (Enhancement)
- Added validation to make sure the Client is valid when creating a new Project from a Project Request. (Enhancement)
- Fixed an issue where if you were assigned to an Approval Step twice for a Project Request it would show up twice in your Notifications. (Fix)

Fixed an issue where the Project Hourly rate was showing the number 4 when you would copy a new project from a Template or existing project. (Fix)

Staff Schedule
- The Staff Schedule will now show PTO time in yellow instead of red. (Enhancement)
- Added a Send Notifications check box to the Assigned Work section of the Staff Schedule that will determine if a Handoff Email will be sent when work is assigned. (Enhancement)

Billing Worksheets
- The To Bill Transaction screen in Billing Worksheets now has System Settings to customize the display by Group. (Enhancement)
- The Master Worksheet will no longer show totals on Today Billing views: Worksheets in Review, Worksheets to Approve, Ready to Create Invoices and All Worksheets. (Enhancement)
- Attempting to delete an approved Billing Worksheet for a project that has been closed, will now show an error message stating: The worksheet could not be deleted because the project has been closed. (Enhancement)
- An error has been corrected on Billing Worksheets > Generate with selecting projects using the Billing Group. (Enhancement)
- A Billing Group column has been added to the Generate Worksheets screen. (Enhancement)
- Billing Worksheets will now correctly update labor rate for labor 'Marked as Billed' when the value is changed using Mass Change > Adjust Total to Bill Amount To and the Transaction Preference > Client Invoices is set to Update the actual rate and service on time entries from billing worksheets. - Changed the message field for emailing printed items to use a rich text editor. This will send the email message/body as HTML instead of plain text. (Enhancement)
- Corrected an issue with the drill-down to taxes on the Advance Billing screen. (Fix)
- Fixed an issue that incorrectly required the Invoice header to have a Project assigned in order for the lines to display their Project custom field data. (Fix)

- The Credit Card Connector screen now has an Attachment Count column that can be added to the display. (Enhancement)
- Fixed an issue where the system Log was using UTC Time, causing the date to be incorrect for Credit Card Charges. (Fix)
Request for Quotes
- A new Transaction Preference > Purchase Orders > RFQ status change to Sent after Print is now available. When this pref is ON, and you use the Print Request button, the RFQ status is automatically changed to Sent. (Enhancement)
Vendor Invoices
- Added Accepts VPay as a column option to the Vendor Invoice Listing Screen and the Vendor Invoice Dataset. (Enhancement)
- Corrected an issue where it was allowing you to Approve or Post an Invoice prior to saving changes to the Invoice Details. (Fix)

Employees
- When entering a new employee, the Timesheet, Expense Report, and Credit Card Approvers will now default to the employee, if an approver is not specified. (Enhancement)
- Modified the Create New Vendor button on Employees > Accounting to create the vendor from the employee and add the new vendor to the employee record. (Enhancement)
- Image preview files are now available for those who do not have access to AWS. (Enhancement)
- Corrected an issue with mass updating Employees and the Grant Access to GL Company option only updating the Default GL Company and not updating the GL Company Access set on the selected employees. To fix this there will now be two options, one that will update Default GL Company and one that will update GL Company Access. (Fix)
- Fixed the formatting of the email message when using the Email Report tool to show returns and line breaks. (Fix)
Custom Fields
- For Custom Fields using the 'Display When' option, made Yes or No not case sensitive when using Single Checkboxes. (Enhancement)
Import Data
- The Vendor Import and Vendor Views have been modified to only have columns Accepts Credit Card and Accepts vPay for consistency with the Vendor > Payments Options screen. (Enhancement)
- Enhanced the Import Error file for parent/child imports. The file now exports all rows of the item showing errors for each row. (Enhancement)
- Exposed ReviewRoundKey to the Deliverable dataset to be consumed via the API. (Enhancement)
- Added billingAddressName, billingContact, billingName, and einNumber to the API. (Enhancement)

Security
- Security right: Add & Edit Vendor Invoices now controls access to "Purchased in", "Total Purchases" and "Unpaid Balance" links on the vendor page. A user without that right can see the amounts but not the invoice details. (Enhancement)
- Added Edit/Add Deliverables rights option in System Setup > Security Settings to manage the ability to add, edit, or send for review. (Enhancement)
System Setup
- You will now be able to create a Custom Menu item pointing to any designated URL that allows their site to be displayed within an iframe. You will have the option to choose between a black or white icon and any web safe hex color will work for the icon background color so that your custom items stand out on the menu. Sites such as CNN or Yahoo don't allow this capability and will not be able to be used. (Enhancement)
- Added Tracking Forms for Platinum, this includes form setup, add and edit. (Enhancement)
- Added logging for when a user changes the File System Rights for a security group to the System Log. (Enhancement)
- When you make changes to the Connections Tab the test login information will check the connection to the server as well as the login credentials, and display a corresponding error message. (Enhancement)
- In System Setup > Custom Menu you can now edit the Name of a Child Menu Item under a Folder and change the Icon and Background color of all Menu items. (Enhancement)
- Allow the removal of all GL Companies for Clients, Contacts, and Companies when you have Show GL Company Access Restriction Setup turned on. (Enhancement)
Invoice Layout
- Added a warning to Designer Layout Estimates and Invoices that have elements that are placed beyond the printable area. (Enhancement)
- Fixed an issue that caused Client Invoices using a designer Layout and having special characters in the Invoice Number to fail to print. (Fix)
- Fixed an issue in the designer Layouts Invoice Template that prevented the Previous Amount Billed from working when no Task was entered on the Invoice Line. (Fix)
- Fixed an issue in the Designer Layout Estimates that printed the Task Description even if the Show Description on Estimates and Invoices checkbox was left unchecked. (Fix)
