App10 and App17 servers are back on-line. We are still waiting to hear back regarding a few other client instances that are hosted by the provider.
We will continue to post updates as we get them from our hosting provider.

UPDATE: July 20th:
App9, 11, 12, and 15 are back on-line. We are still waiting to hear back from our hosting provider regarding App10 and App17 servers.

Users on APP9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17 and a few client servers at our hosting provider’s facility have been affected by the same outage affecting worldwide businesses this morning.
This unplanned outage is due to a security update that is causing certain servers to crash. Our engineers are working with our hosting provider to restore services as soon as possible.
We will post updates as we hear back from our hosting provider.
