Account Reconciliations
Fixed an issue with creating a new Account Reconciliation that caused an error when saving with a blank Starting Balance. A blank Starting Balance will now save as 0.00.
GL Transactions
Corrected an issue with the Accounting > General Ledger drill-down where Inactive GL Companies were not offered in the GL company listing.
Labor Budgets
Labor Budgets can now be created using a new 'Calculate Available Hours By Month' option. This option prompts for a fiscal year and calculates the Available Hours using the calendar for that year.
Revenue Forecasts
Project Status column has been added to the Revenue Forecast.

Added campaign default options: Default Use Campaign Budget and Default Expenses Not Included on the Campaign Transaction Preferences when bill by campaign is selected.

Today - Creative
On Today - Creative when you click a Favorited Project Conversation, it will now take you to the project conversation instead of opening it up like a sales conversation.

Calendar
Fixed an issue with not being able to delete a repeating meeting from the day or week view.
Conversations
Added a system setting for Conversation to filter for a user on the email list of the conversation. It is by default off. Filter the project tab for any today page that has a project tab based on each page's system settings.
Notifications and Approvals
When approving a timesheet it will now remember the last tab that the user used so that when they review other timesheets to approve, it will default to either by project, by day or by week.
Reports
The 1099 (Misc/Int/NEC) Form report will now support the new e-File (IRIS) system, creating a CSV file. The option for the fixed-width text file has been renamed to show it supports the FIRE system, which continues to be supported by the IRS.
Added an option on the Sales Tax Analysis report for posted transactions only.
Added "Primary Contact Email Address" to the Vendor Payment Detail dataset.
Fixed an issue with the Project Billable Hours Summary report.
Added Payment Type Name to the Vendor Payment Detail dataset.

Fixed an issue when using Box - if the CORS setting is incorrect we should now show an error instead of showing success.

Billing
When creating an Advance or Revenue Invoice from Project > Billing or Campaign > Billing the invoice generated will now be attached to the correct billing schedule row.
Deliverables
Added a simplified “actionable list” feature to Deliverables. Transaction Preferences > Deliverables > Use ToDo Items With Deliverables. When checked, each comment will display a color-coded icon to designate which comments need further action, Grey = New / Red = Fix / Green = Fixed.
Along with this change a new Transaction Preference > Deliverables was added “Use Advanced Fix This on Comments”. When checked, each comment will have a Fix This icon to designate which comments need further action, Fix This or Fixed.
As part of the update, if Use ToDo Items with Deliverables is checked, the Use Advanced Fix This On Comments will also be checked automatically. To revert to an actionable list, uncheck Use Advanced Fix This on Comments.
Project Settings
The project and campaign Billing Schedule has been separated into Budget and Schedule sections. The Budget section includes Labor, Expenses, Total Budget and a Billable Budget amount. The new Billing Schedule section includes Scheduled Advance, Scheduled Revenue, and Remaining Schedule to Bill amounts. In addition you can access existing invoices from the list.

Fixed an issue when printing the Project List Gantt to Excel where the color bar wouldn't display if the project did not have a due date.
Spec Sheets
When using the new Rich Text Editor we now allow for longer Spec Sheet Subjects when printing.
Fixed a Spec Sheet printing error.
Purchasing
Credit Card Connector
Updated the Credit Card Connector to have the Charge Reference Number column honor the system settings in the grid.
Purchase Orders
Fixed issue with the Estimate Link on the PO Detail not working correctly.

Fixed an issue with the Total and Remaining not totaling on the Staff Schedule.
Salesperson

Fixed an issue with the order of the Series field changing on Graphs when you change the Sort By.
