Planned Server Migration (app4, 5, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22) - Sat Dec 9, 2023

The planned server migration is now scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9th, 2023.

For users on servers app4, 5, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22, we will be migrating your server to a new hosting facility this Saturday, December 9th, 2023. The migration will begin at 8:00 AM ET and is planned to take up to 8 hours. During this time, you will not be able to access your Workamajig account until the migration is completed.

We will try our best to minimize this outage window and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As part of this migration, the IP address of the server will change, including the Workamajig email server. If you have these IP addresses whitelisted for security reasons you will need to update them to the new IP address. You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted.

*NOTE*: if you are whitelisting the Workamajig Email Server by IP Address, you will need to update your whitelist or you will not receive email notifications from Workamajig.

The IP address of maile.workamajig.com will be changed from 204.141.51.17 to 8.43.188.28

Accounts using DKIM for email authentication and/or using SSO/SAML for login authentication will not be impacted by the new IP addresses.
