Planned Migration and Outage for app, app2, and app3 Servers - Nov. 18, 2023
CompletedDear users on app, app2 and app3:
We will be migrating your server to a new hosting facility this Saturday, November 18th, 2023. The migration will begin at 8:00 AM ET and is planned to take up to 8 hours. During this time, you will not be able to access your Workamajig account until the migration is completed.
We will try our best to minimize this outage window and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As part of this migration, the IP address of the server will change, including the Workamajig email server. If you have these IP addresses whitelisted for security reasons you will need to update them to the new IP address. You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted.
The IP address changes are detailed below:

app 204.141.51.4 to 8.43.188.16
app2 204.141.51.6 to 8.43.188.18
app3 204.141.51.14 to 8.43.188.25
The IP address of maile.workamajig.com will be changed from 204.141.51.17 to 8.43.188.28
Accounts using DKIM for email authentication and/or using SSO/SAML for login authentication will not be impacted by the new IP addresses.
Plan for the other servers (app4, 5, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22) will be scheduled on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023. We’ll post another announcement once the time is confirmed.
