Attention clients on our hosted servers on app 1-5, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22:
We will be migrating your servers to a new hosting facility in November. The exact date is still to be determined.
We want to post this announcement now so your administrators can start planning for this migration. We will post another update when the exact date and time of the migration is scheduled.
The migration will be scheduled to occur on a weekend to minimize the impact to regular business hours. During this time, you will not be able to access your Workamajig account until the migration is completed.
As part of this migration the IP addresses of the new servers will change, including the Workamajig email server. If you have these IP addresses whitelisted for security reasons you will need to update them to the new IP address.
You should only need to take action if you have specifically whitelisted the IP address. Any whitelists based on the domain name will not be impacted. The IP changes are detailed below, and you will be notified if there are any changes to these IP addresses prior to migration:

Accounts using DKIM for email authentication and/or using SSO/SAML for login authentication will not be impacted by the new IP addresses.
