We have been receiving reports of installed sites having issues with their registration key this morning. This is caused by our registration key server being offline unexpectedly. We have been working with our service provider to restore the registration key server.
Unfortunately, the resolution to the registration key server is taking longer than expected. Until this is resolved, we would like to provide you with a temporary key to get your server back online.
In order to do this we will need the following information from you:
Company Name:
Server Name
Current Registration Key:
Once we have these, we will be able to issue a temporary key. Instructions for updated the key will be included.
